well, i invited her on my elk h unt and she wants to go, shes gonna have her grandpad from AK send out her camos. but then we had "the talk" basically she said i am like every other guy ( you know like lark and @$$hole) i told her i wasnt and she said what ever, so im keepin my distance from her until she comes to me and realizes what a hunk of a man shes missin,n i mean who else knows how to play the banjo, and has a dad grandpa uncle out there i mean come on??? and John, i would NEVER sell my rifles, not even to take your college age beautiful daughter on a date dont get me wrong i would take her, but not at the expense of my rifles..... im gonna take the advice of Kaffer now and put my elk hunt number 1

    gonna start reloading

i just got into reloading this summer. i bought a RCBS rock chucker supreme kit and it has been going well. it does take a lot of time to get a load tuned but it is also amazing to see how .5 of a grain can send a group from 1 inch to under a half an inch and so on. good luck!

    Sportsmans Warehouse

diamondbackaz, they put it in even a worse place for me, its about a mile, if that from my house, i live right there on horizon hills. i am thinking about working there next summer because my dad and i know the store manager. if they will meet or beat what i make at home depot i will work there. if not, i will work at Home depot in tucson and spend all of my lunch time in SW.
  18. 36b. hunted a place a few years back that used to be LOADED with them, saw 1 bout 60" whitetail, some fresh javelina sign, and a group of 83 illegals.

    .17 HMR VS. 22MAG

the rifle i had was the exact model you are looking at i belieb. wood stock and heavy barrel. it shot OK but thats it. i shot cci and federal out of it and it did like the federal better but not up to my standards, that is why i dont have it anymore. but my 22-250 i couldne be more happy with!
  22. firstcoueswas80

    .17 HMR VS. 22MAG

i had a savage 17hmr and it did not shoot well. as far as my 22-250, i shot 2 jakcs with it, one took the head clean off and the other field dressed it for me, i love my 22-250!`
  23. firstcoueswas80

    .17 HMR VS. 22MAG

22-250, reach out there and touch and if all else fails, it can be used on coues. i have a sendero and loaded with the right bullets, i would not hesitate on carrying it for coues ( well maybe i would, it weighs like 9 or 10 pounds if not more!)

    Just wanted to give thanks

my dad, grandpa and i ran in to this guy elk hunting in unit 1 about 7 or8 years ago. man we felt for poor guy. he looked like he had hiked about 15 miles that day he was exhausted. he told us how he had wounded a spike the night before and had been looking for it all day ( it was around 12 or 1) and we could honestyly tell he had tried his best to find it. we gave him some warm burros and some water and dropped him off at his truck. on another note, Scottyboy and i got lost and came out on a road just intime to catch a suburban. this "hunter" zoomed bye us with out everng acknowliding our waves!
