180 accubonds are what i would look at. i shoot 140 accubonds out of my 7RUM and 270wsm. great bullets, great accuracy (out of the rifles ive seen shoot them)

    looling for a coyote rifle

I do think a AR-15 would be a blast to hunt coyotes with! Especially when the coyote sees you but you see it!

    RUTT???

the past couple of times i have been out in 36b we saw both little rut, and heavy rut. one nice buck was alllll busted up but was chasing two does very hard. on another hill side, there was 4 bucks, 3 small and one in the 80-90" range. he allowed the bucks to be around but not get close to the one doe that was in the area and he had a broken G2

    wtb rifle .375-.458

Christian... it was a joke a 458 may not have the much recoil but it is a .458 diamter bullet.. comparable to ur 460. .174" larger than your .280 and .181" larger than my 270wsm, a big gun for anything in arizona let alone coues if thats what he plans on using it for. yeah it is probably being used in AK and heck even i want a dang big bore! i want something to hunt those mean lizards we have in az with! (.338 ultra would be a starting point with a .416 rigby about right) actually, in all seriousness i would also like to have a big bore 338, 325wsm, 35 whelen something along those lines as a 'just cause' rifle

    bowhunting experiences

Well, for the first time ever i have walked into the woods with a bow and i am hooked! i got a mathews Q2 in trade and love it! I picked up a left over archery pig tag and tried my luck. i have experience with a bow and after ALOT of time with my Q2, i was comfortable out to 40 yards. The first day that i went out looking for pigs, my friend Christina acompanied me. her and i were riding a gas pipe line road first thing in the morning in an area i knew pigs were. we were about a mile or so down the road when christina grabs me and says there they are! pigs! Alright i think to myself here we go! i count 13 sows and piglets run over the ridge, 150 yards from the road! while i am getting my bow and stuff ready for a stalk, she spots 3 HUGE boars working there way down the ridge 173 yards from the quad! i have her stay at the quad with my Zeiss and i make my stalk with my bow, backpack ad range finder. i slowly work my way down to the bottom. i get within 64 yards and looe cover. the pigs know i am there but dont know what i am. they slowly walk back up the ridge the way they came. i quickly but surprisingly quietly make my way up with a blonde patch of weeds as my marker. i get up to whrei last saw them at and all of a sudden a rock moved to my right. with out turning anything but my head, i range the pig at 22 yards. after i range him, i clip my release in and turn and draw at the same time. the pig is broad side and sees me do it. i see the pigs hair stand up and think hes going to bolt so i rush the shot. at the shot i can hear it stick him and it knocks him off his feet and i can see and hear him rolling around "barking" and squealing and rolling around on the ground. i wait for about 5 minutes and then yell at christina to grab my back pack ( i dropped it off and grabbed two arrows and left) and come over. about 20 minutes after the shot, she is there with me and we start looking for blood. i find the arrow right behind wherei shot him the second part covered in blood! i think sweet! i just got my first animal with a bow on my first day out! we immedidely find blood and follow it only for about 25 yards and it STOPS!!! we are on hands and knees looking with nothing! i call my dad, and 3 different buddies to come help me look and no one can. Christina and i look for 4 hours and find nothing! no pig, no blood nothing! what a heart breaker! Dad and i go out to the place where i shot a few days later. i show him where the pig was and where blood was and we still hunt and look for the pig body. we find fresh coyote crap with javelina hair in it... atleast i killed the pig and hes not wounded! glass up a NICE buck.... he was a 4x4 but his right side all the tines were broke off after a inch or so. his left antler was broked off 3" past his 7" G2! went out with Azpackhorse two times, made stalks both days but nevr connected. either way i am hooked!
