Height wise, maybe, but he still needs to develop some upper body strength, so it might be perfect for him to hold up. I bought him a bolt .410 for Christmas and he struggles with that after a shot or two.

It would be for us both. He's not small, almost 5' but a little thin. He'd use it in optimal puddle jumping scenarios.

Had active shooter training a couple months back. It was literally what these guys did to a T. They were fast, efficient, safe and communicated wonderfully. If you notice, the officer with the rifle even put his rifle on safety as the thing was down. Amazing work.

I kind of went the other way. I bought a choke that I liked the specs on, and then loads to see what it liked. Sure, buying expensive turkey loads sucked, but it was much better than buying a bunch of chokes to shoot a particular load.

Just keep in mind, turkey loads kick like a freaking mule!
