Agreed with azslim..... That's a classic historic rifle. If in all original condition leave that bad boy as is! -

You do realize... U of A is ON TOP of ASU in the standings, right? You also realize U of A beat ASU, so.....?? Now, as to that UCLA Vs U of A game that was PA-THETIC! U of A did not show up at all. One of the worst games I can recall watching in all of my years watching and supporting U of A athletics. Helll, they would have even lost to ASU if thats whom they would have played last night!

small caliber rifle
firstcoueswas80 replied to rclouse79's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
I would look into (well, not at the current point in time) at something in the .223 and .22-250 range. They are both very cheap to shoot if you reload and, needless to say, have more power so are more versatile. Re: not wearing hearing protection... ALWAYS hear ear plugs. Im half deaf in my left ear because of it! Actually had to take the hearing test twice when I got my job. ALWAYS wear hearing protection! -

Barnes like to be, and perform better the harder they are pushed (within reason). Instead of going longer in the oal try shorter. You'll be surprised. -
From the looks of it, I put the arrow on my pig right where the heart is... Problem is she was 1/4'ing away and I didn't know it. Arrow ended up cutting an artery in the neck and exited through the top of the head

Find you a Don Hume leather holster and be set! I bought one for my XD40 and it has seen a lot of use on hunts etc and works great. It shows a little wear, but I like it a lot. Ill be getting one for my 1911's.
-
nice buck, never been a fan of the pictures with the arrow still in the deer though.
-
Brent, It probably doesn't matter to you, but those Serpa holsters wear on the finish of the gun... My Kimber 1911 has some wear signs on it becaue of the Serpa I have for it. Glad the gun is working well for you.

You better watch out, someone here is going to tell you how "you don't have a horse in the race" so you can't cheer them on!
-
So, because you went to that school gives you more of "a horse in the race" then somebody (like me) being a life long fan? With that mentality you probably voted for Obama didn't you? I mean, he did speak at a graduation ceremony there....you

Let's see, 27.5 years cheering on the cats ( more wins then losses btw to the sundevils). Could care less about the Aztecs, and truthfully the jacks too. I bleed red white and blue. Do you want me to take a class there at the u of a? Would that earn your stamp of approval? Because my day brightens knowing that you say its ok for me to cheer on the u of a.
