While you're dry firing, put a spent shell on the front sight, make sure it doesnt fall off, and you have a good trigger squeeze. -

Slamming the trigger. Id bet if you shoot with a rest you'll be much closer to zero. -
I use kenetreks and they (asking with me being quite large and not graceful) are quite loud. If possible, I put my tennis shoes on for a stalk.
