What am I missing? I have read and reread the previous posts (and all the posts till now)and I don't see where someone says "hey these guys are a couple of veternarians I know" Then I read its "Bill and Travis"? Also there's a reference to another post in a different area? Please someone explain. Thanks

Wow!! Congrats on a couple of GIANT bulls!! Beautifull!!

These pictures were taken 5 miles east of Hwy 87 on the 141 road. It's a couple of miles past Jones Crossing. Unbelievable, pictures just don't show the devastation. No structures were in the area, but as you can see these giant Ponderosa pines didn't fare so well.

Roads are closed around Blue Ridge on the rim, called the ranger station today and they said it might be 2 to 3 more weeks till they open. Lots of trees down and still heavy snow drifts in areas. Don't know where AZkiller got his info. The 211 road off 87 is open to Long Lake but is closed west of the Long Lake turnoff.

[check out the post just below yours titled coues or mule deer, buck found in the same unit looks to be pretty close to the same road possibly. the buck very well could be in the same gene pool.] I did a double take when I saw this photo, went and looked at "michael22's" thought it was the same one. Both amazing bucks, neat they're from the same area.
