Mexican ranchers don't take kindly to having their deer wounded, most of the time its gonna cost you. Don't know how you would enforce it here.

Great advice! Clay at Mogollon Taxidermy screwed a couple of 2x2's to the back of my elk mount then screwed the 2x2's to my quad trailer deck and it rode perfectly. No ropes or any other tiedowns. Went 50 miles and wind didn't seem to have any effect on the hide.

Why would anyone travel to Alaska, figuring the time and expense, to hunt caribou strictly for meat? If you live there, OK, but that would be some mighty expensive meat!

I've used Jeremy and had a great experience, would highly recommend him! Was planning on using him for the bull my wife was going to shoot on the sunset L/O hunt, but elk did not cooperate!

I have the 60c which is the first one of the 60 series, can't go wrong with the gps map62. That would be my choice.

I wrapped some leather strap around a couple of horns and hung them that way.
