That's what we thought as well. Shoot my heeler has never jumped the fence and he jumps into my truck with ease. Oh well I understand making sure they go to good homes I guess it just wasn't in the cards for us. We'll just keep looking.

I'm glad it all worked out for you. We too went through the process and they told us no cause my front yard fence was 4ft high. They wanted me to rebuild it and make it 6ft. Even though the dog would be in the back yard most of the time.

We looked at Desert lab rescue. You have to jump through hoops with them, it's like they don't want you to rescue one. Labs do have a lot of energy I agree just like my heeler haha.
