Had an '01 F150 with that same 5.4 engine. I kept up with maintenance as well and when I sold the truck it was at 204k miles and still running strong. Nice pick-up here. Good luck with the sale.

PM sent on possible Varget trade. Thanks.

Seeing the interchangeable grip panels and 3 magazines with orange followers, looks like this is a Gen 5.

I've worked with two of these over the years. The tolerances of each assembly was as tight and fine as I've seen on a production rifle. And when it came to developing loads, the first was a consistent 1/2" shooter and the second did even better. Good luck with the sale! -

I've owned 6 or 7 Ruger #1s over the years ranging from the .223 Rem. to the 375 H&H. All but two were exceptional shooters - and my definition of exceptional includes mostly 1/2" shooters, and one that put 3 in the exact same hole at 100 yards - with a witness! My current 30/06 is maybe not exceptional, but still very, very good at shooting sub-1 inch groups with about every bullet weight I feed it. The only "finicky" rifle was a former #1RSI in 7x57. Still, I eventually found a load that shot cloverleafs at 100 yards, it just took much longer to get there. Best of luck with that rig! Check all the screws, head to the range, and I'd bet a can of Coke no tips or tricks will be necessary.

Have a very old but very cool box of 303 British ammo. These are 215gr Softpoints - box of 20. Crazy some of the prices I'm seeing on 303 British nowadays (the stuff that's actually in-stock). How about $20 for the box? Located in Gilbert. Thanks!

I've worked with a few of these over the years. Simply very, very well put together rifles that are tight, smooth, and accurate right out of the box. Nice package here!
