Interesting. I ended up at almost the identical load(63 gr IMR 7828) but with 162 ELDx's, 25 mils off the lands. Need to re-verify and do some fine tuning with seating depth, but I'm definitely close. Not winning any speed records, but SD below 8, and 5 shot group under an inch for a factory Tikka. For the original question- Some factory guns are real shooters but most aren't. With your numbers, if you can get close to an inch, repeated twice with two 5 shot groups, you'd be in pretty good shape. If you're way off from that, you'll need to invest more time and money, or consider other powder/bullets. Good luck, and take your time and be safe.

If it really worked, there would also be Copperfit camo, and Walmart would have their own discount line too. No scientific evidence, just some dude makin stuff up, and a couple close encounter videos as his evidence. Notice he is the only one pushing it. When good ideas work everyone joins in for a piece of the profits. Take Rage broadheads for example. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting a Rage knockoff somewhere.

Here's my take on your plan- You don't have much contingency built in. Bad weather, broken ankle, kidney stone, sprained back, and so forth. Yes, buddies can shuffle you in motrin and food, if extra time is needed, and worst case a helicopter ride out, but I would add a few lbs for "contingency". A little more clothing and calories to start with. A small jar of peanut butter will carry you for a while if you end up in trouble. Don't let yourself be under hydrated. It's super hard to get caught up on that in the field(check urine color, and if color of mountain dew or darker, start drinking tons). My only item to add if you don't already have it is chapstick. Cracked lips ruin your universe if they get bad and you can't treat them. We want photos afterwards so take tons, and good luck!!
