    Retumbo

This magnum powder was designed expressly for the really large over-bored cartridges such as the 7mm Remington Ultra Magnum, 300 Remington Ultra Magnum, 30-378 Weatherby Magnum, etc. RETUMBO adds 40-100 fps more velocity to these cartridges when compared to other normal magnum powders. In addition, it is an Extreme Powder, making it perfect for big game hunting under all types of conditions.

    WTB rangefinder

You mentioned you will be using it for archery, but get one that will also reach out there (1,000 yards +) in case you decide to do any long range hunting later. I have the Sig Sauer Kilo2000 and love it. If you end up buying a used rangefinder, I would shy away from the first generation Leupold rangefinders. They were not user friendly (if you had a animal that went beyond 75 yds, you would have to start pressing buttons to take it out of Archery mode and put it in Rifle mode). Ain't nobody got time for that. 🙂 Keep in mind when a rangefinder says it ranges out to 1,000 yds., that is for a reflective object and big game animals are usually about 1/2 of that advertised distance. Also make sure you get a rangefinder that compensates the angle when you are not shooting from level ground (like hills, tree stands, etc... Sportsman's Warehouse has this one on sell: https://www.sportsmans.com/hunting-gear-supplies/rangefinders-nightvision/sig-sauer-kilo1000-rangefinder/p/1532182 Google best rangefinders and read the reviews. Good luck in your search. Craig

    WTS Vortex Vipers HD's

Don't underestimate the quality of these binos. I have the 12 x 50 Viper HD bino and took them into Bass Pro shops last week for a possible upgrade. I almost bought a pair of Leupold BX-4 online (due to a great offer) without physically looking thru them. I just knew that they would be better than the Viper HD. Man was I wrong. I was doing a comparison for binos that were priced up to $1,500. I compared the Vipers to the Nikon Monarch HG, Leica Trinovid, Zeiss Conquest and Leupold BX-4 & Leupold BX-5 and others. I know that everyone's eyes are different, but the Viper HD literally outshined the others. Yes there are better binos available (buy once, cry once), but the Vipers hold their own in comparison to other big "Brand" names. Something has seriously gone wrong with the quality, lenses, coatings, etc... with some of these companies. I tried to spend more money, but I walked out of BPS without making a purchase. I'm very satisfied and impressed with this Vortex product.

  11. I bought these at a AZGFD asset protection sale (recovered from poachers). My best guess is that the skull plate is intact (no way to tell without cutting into it).
