Sorry not hunting related, I’m looking for an engineer to do a grading and drainage plan for an acre of property I’m preparing to build on. It’s an irrigated acre not in flood plain and in Maricopa County. I’ve had two individuals give me proposals and their fees were substantially varied, neither seemed to reflect the amount of work required and one was substantially higher then the other. Hopefully there are some engineers on here or someone that has had a recent experience and was happy with services rendered. I hope I’m not out of line utilizing this forum for this search, if I am let me know and I will remove it. Thanks

Well still looking, I spoke to TC , great guy but he has relocated to northern Az and didn’t feel like he would be able to do the job down here. He did enlighten me as to what I should expect to pay for this particular type of job and as I suspected the two proposals I have are considerably out of line. Not saying they are gouging but they are definitely taking full advantage of the current market. Thanks again for the referral.

Issue is not the truck but trailer, I have a trailer for my grade tractor but it can't handle the additional weight . I appreciate the input thus far, I believe I have someone that can get it towards the end of next week depending on weather. Thanks

Listing this for my parents, it was purchased a couple years ago, it is in as new condition. I had too remove it as that with their advancing age they are having difficulty both seeing over it as well as opening the cover. It fully locks and has gas assist, the underside is carpeted and all mounting hardware is accounted for. They paid over $1000.00 they would like to get $600.00. Cz 550 American 6.5x55 with Meopta 6-18x50 glass, it is in prestine condition, I may have fired 60 rounds while developing a load. I'm selling to fund other projects. If your not familiar with the caliber look it up, it is one of the best loads ever developed. Also included are reloading dies and Lapua brass with misc. bullets. Not sure how much loaded ammo. This rifle has a set trigger, it does shoot sub moa or better but that also depends on the shooters skill level. $875.00 for everything. CZ 527 Varmint .223 with Pentax glass, it is also in prestine condition with a similar round count.This rifle will also shoot sub moa all day long. Can also throw in some brass and some ammo developed for the rifle. $600.00 Both of these rifles are in as new condition...
