hopefully will happpen today. Other wise may be a long weekend. How much earlier will the reults show if your setup in the azgf onlkne portal. I know it says earlier. anyone know how much earlier for the portal? With todays tech it should update with the cc hit as far as im concerened lol.

I'll try it again this year if my c.f. is hit again. Itbwas a phoenix are division an older lady with a real scratchy voice.

last year right after my c.f. was hit I just called them. the lady told me the hunt number I was drawn for so didn't have to wait for everything to be released on the web site.

if you watch the sales dicks sporting goods has sales on savage axis. I got mine with scope for 299 then had a $50 mail in rebate. scopes not that great but will get you by and still do very good to start out. that's what I did. then upgraded my trigger and scope when funds came available

I'm currently shooting a Savage Axis in 30-06. I changed to a full weaver rail scope mount. I use leupold rings mounting an Atholon Neos 4-12×40 bdc illuminated reticle. I also upgraded the trigger to a rifle basix sav-1 changing the trigger pull to 2.5 pounds. I'll be shooting either 30-06 core lokt 165 gr8 or Winchester xxx 165 gr. still need to shoot some more to determine which shoot better out of my gun. it's fairly new. no pictures at the moment. i was shooting a 270 Rossi single shot update. Installed the trigger this evening. had just under 3 pound pull, no over travel and slight travel in the sear just to make sure it's safe. I know it's an entry level rifle but its turning out very nice.

Looking for a lower end scope...looking for 3-14or 12 x40. Looking to spend about $50. I know its not alot. Just looking for someone whos getting rid of an old used one. Dont need any thing fancy just to hold center on 30-06 untill i can save up for something better in the future. Thanks all!!

This is my first time elk hunting. I'm shooting a Rossi .270 single shot, the loads I'm using are Remington Core-lokt 130gr.

Same for me. 1st one in my range and legal ill be going for. Its going to be rough with all the recent rain. Going to be muddy lol.
