I am also a Matt Hughs fan Arizona guide. That was a good fight. Hughs was in trouble there for a little bit when Penn got his hooks in and almost sunk the rear naked choke, and when he almost fell victum to the armbar. Penn needs to fight light weight. He would dominate the 155 lb division.

I shoot steel force. They have very good penetration, and fly vey good for me. I have killed 1 elk, 1 mule deer, 1 black bear , 2 javelina and a turkey with them and never had a problem. I hit my Bull last year quartering away, and when I recovered the arrow the broadhead was still razor sharp.

No I dont, maybe ask around and see if you know someone with one that would let you shoot their rifle.

Another caliber to look into is the 300 wsm. I am a huge fan of the 270, it is my favorite caliber. I have seen a whole lot of elk killed with it. But if you plan on far shots the 300 wsm will have plenty of power at 400 yds, not to mention you can shoot bigger heavier bullet's out of it. My 300 wsm is a winchester model 70 super shadow, and it has very little recoil and is very flat shooting.

I got unit 27/28 november whitetail, my wife got unit 27 muledeer, and 3a/3c cow.

I think its great, they have had a bunch of fires up there this year. I wish the sowats would have been bigger. It will help the deer up there even more

I shoot the Steel Force 85gr 4 blade. I have killed 5 big game animals with them and the penetration is unreal. They also leave a heck of a blood trail.

I have found a few good sheds from this year so far, but that was about two weeks ago. When the snow clears I will be back out.

I have never even heard of a pig going anywhere near that size.

You cant go wrong with the sierra game king, and I also like the hornady interbond, and interlock. I have had great accuracy with all three. On coues I have been shooting nosler ballistic tips that I loaded for my 300 wsm, but I dont recomend them on large game.

Forest rd 475 is the juan miller road.

Both areas have tanks and springs but a lot of the tanks are dry and a lot of the springs arent running because of how dry it is. If you can find a good tank with pig sign around it I would sit it .

Hey Tracker the area around juan miller has lots of canyons and lots of prickly pear. The area around upper eagle has lots of canyons and rolling hills. Both areas have lots of camping areas. You can get around on the roads just fine although their are some rough side roads. As for your Horses I cant think of any coralls unless you bring your own. These areas are also very popular with other hunters in some years.

Hey tracker I spent 4 days this year in unit 27 in areas where i have killed 4 different pigs in the past and i didnt ever glass one up, and they both include upper eagle creek and juan miller. In previous years i would find them several times a day but not this year.

They were rutting wednesday morning in the rain when I killed mine.
