I just got the true glow extreme series with the wrap. They are the brightest sights I have ever seen. They also come with a light that screws in at the other end of the fibers wich really make them glow even brighter. I'll bet they would make it easier for you to see them.

I shoot a Scott Little Goose. Have been for about 8 years and love it. But if you are gonna shoot string and not a loop I would consider the Gator Jaw.

You cant beat the 22-250. I have killed tons of animals with it from prarie dogs to deer. For coyotes I love to hit them with a 50gr Hornady v-max. Usually no exit hole, and the inside turns to jello.

I think you would be just fine with the 139. As long as your not shooting an explosive bullet like the ballistic tip. My wife shoots 130 core lokts out of her 270 for cow elk, and they do just fine.

Yes I am very familiar with these areas. They are all good areas, but they all get lots of pressure from the dog hunters.

My wife shoots a Hoyt Saphire set at 50 lbs. She is shooting Goldtip 35/55 with 85 gr tips. Her arrow speed is about 230 fps. Here is my question. Do any of you guys have experience shooting expandables with a light weight set up, or do you guys think they will work ok? The blades I was thinking about trying her out with are the first cut expandables. They are a cut on cantact point.

I just started shooting a recurve this year, and plan on hunting with it during archery season. I have been shooting the gold tip carbons that look like wood, because they were a little heavier. They are tipped with 100gr points, and four inch feathers with a right handed helical. Well I was shooting pretty good out to thirty yards. Then today I figured I would trim my arrows down by about five inches, because they were full length size arrows. Now they are kicking very badly and not grouping worth a crap when I shoot. Is there anything you traditional guys could run by me to help me get them tuned before I go and buy some more full length arrows.

I did do a foam target test and they did penetrate as far as the fixed blade that she tried. They were both sticking out about seven inches on the other side. They are for deer, I forgot to mention that.

Yes a 22-250 is plenty of gun for coues. I have seen 5 mule deer, and 2 coues shot with it, and they were all one shot kills.

I have the same gun but in 40 cal. I love it.
