Years ago, you had to trust the mail to get it there and prisoners to draw the applications. After mailing in early, seeing the check clear was the biggest worry. I'm thinking the current process is more stressful to the applicant!

The few charges this afternoon had to be backfill for declined cards. Turn out the lights, the party is over.

I saw no elk in four days scouting so no brainier when I spotted this bull bedded a long way away. He was still bedded when I got close. He has a big body and well worn teeth so I think he is an old bull.
