I think its going to start earlier this year than the last 3 at least for the units west of i-17. we are already getting early morning thunder storms in phx. usually that starts around dove season.. this winter is going to be a wet and early one.

LMAO he pm'd you. Typical thin skinned Ca Liberal. your post is spot on with all escouters, out of stater's maybe .000000001% will hang around a forum after initiial questions are asked. in staters usually about 1-2% of the escouters hang around. Theres a few out of staters that come on every year once they get drawn looking for help ina unit, but yet they never post any details. always takeing never giving. typical of todays society

Lazyness and people wanting a trophy today screwed up hunting spots. just like it did fishing spots. for some reason the hunters took a while to figure it out. add in technology and it will never be the same. Fagbook and twatter made it even worse. Then you have guides selling information online like prescouting for lazy people. cracks me up everytime I read a post on the north rim or a earlybull elk tag let alone a lope or bighorn tag, everyones going " hire a guide hire a guide"," youd be a fool not to as those tags dont come very often" etc etc posts." I mean seriously if you just want a rack and that lazy to scout just go buy one hang it on your wall and put your tag on it. you got the tag well before the hunt. even if you didnt have enough time to scout you can always learn the land and drive around the day of your hunt. its really not that hard in AZ to find deer antelope or elk. Granted big horns need to be scouted a little more but heck if you dont have time to scout dont put in for the tag. not to mention why does everyone wait till they gone drawn before scouting? you have a whole year to be driving around and checking out the country side. concentrate on the units you are going to put in for. most elk units are only 3 hours tops from phoenix unless you goto white mountain areas. Its kinda like getting a participation trophy for not really doing anything. god help us if people had to figure stuff out for themselves.

a long while ago I had some heart issues(turned out to be bogus from a bogus doc), wife wouldnt let me go hunting alone anymore even with the kids. so at 8 yeas old my daughter learned to drive she also learned how to tie a knot and hook a rope to the trailer hitch and my foot. Thats my rescue insurance. when I die drag my butt out cause I dont want to be eating by yotes.

Calling all Internet Lawyers specializing in Archery Law
Delw replied to Rag Horn's topic in The Campfire
My Daughter and one of her Archery friends shoot quit often before a outdoor tourny in one of the parks/water retention deals in her dads HOA.now that they both have drivers licences and vehicles they goto one of many parks or to ben avery for outdoor and the local archery shops for indoor. few people call and complain cops finanly told the complainer to GFY they have a good back stop and arent causeing any problems. Cops watch them from time to time just because of the call from one neighbor. Heck any field/lot you find is pretty much safe to shoot if you have enough room. I shoot sometimes in the feild on the south east side of nothern and 75 closer to 72nd. Never been bothered. plus I can walk to it. normally I shoot in the parking lot at work up to 60 yards. I let me daughter shoot 30 yards in between cnc machines up against the back door standing by the mail boxs in the front of the building. she doesnt miss so I aint worried. she shoots between 2 doors from outside to inside. 18 meters (indoor archery ) is what we have set up at the shop. -
seems they got it fixed as you said. everyone will tell you your unit is bad if its 5 years old. bad meaning obsolete, they been doing this since I can remember in the 80's. its called upselling, its total BS but thats they the world turns. alot of people dont know how to check there own oil or fill up a radiator. so people are going to take advantage of it. our unit lasted like close to 30 years only reason we had to get a new one was due to it rotting out(piggy back swamp cooler package unit old gettol units form the early 80;s) gettle sold out many years ago, they were a union shop the guys who bought the sheet metal side were pretty cool guys( they used to be business neighbors of ours) I forget where who the ac side went to. I worked in the ac field for a local company when I 1st got here in 1982, seen and heard a ton of stories. Wife and I were buying the sheet metal side of ORIGINAL AHC Service, but the owner a very close friend got into coke pretty heavy in the early 80's and he got into alot of trouble jumped bail and fled to fla. I stayed kinda involved in it for years, just because another very close friend of ours owned a a/c co as well. He passed away a few years back and his wife 2 years before that. Best advice I can give you when you need ac service is count on your true friends for who they use. going by word of mouth from people you dont know usually ends up badly but not always. I use a guy on the east side BUT I dont like calling on the east side for service I think hes on this website as he is always busy so I wait till winter or fall. if I have a problem with it(fortunately I haven't yet). I need to get a new unit installed on our machine shop was going to do it a few months ago when it got hot. just going to wait till fall or winter when there not busy. 5 ton unit for commercial Wife got quotes from 5000-14,000 all of the same size unit just different brands. DONT call people who are not Licensed and Bonded or some idiot off of Craigslist. Unless and only unless your willing to be sued or have to pay for any damage they do or for the work again cause they f'd it up. I know plenty of guys that are not licensed but I wont use them for that very reason. not to mention do you want these guys in your house checking it out someone who you cant track down and only have a phone number for. BTW the craigslist guys will charge for the same type of unit about 1/2 price. 3k is alot of money if you have to do it again or there wiring burns your house down or they screw up the unit when putting it on. almost guarenteed they will just ignor you and leave. over the years I have seen and herd it all cause someone was trying to save a bunch of money which is fine but theres a chance you could have issues.

If its thats old of a unit more than likely your contactor is in pretty bad shape. regardless of whats else is bad. I am guessing its a gettol (sp) you can open the electrical side and see the contactor. . also being that old you probably have alum wire running to the unit from the fuse box. turn breaker/fuse box off tighten all wires both at fuse box(breakers) and at contactor on unit 2 things cause older units to click on and off. one is the condensor fan motor not working causing the high pressure switch to kick out.. or low on freon. contactor will cause the unit to draw a ton of amps becuase its not making good contact.

That Utah buck is sweet heres one my daughter found while spring turkey and varmit hunting 2 years ago. its a couple inches under 300. was the highlight of her life. she has found 1 lope dead head with one horn 4-5 spike bulls and a few varmit skulls. this one she spots a ways away from were we were walking and started running and yelling OMG OMG OMG. I figured she was chasing a cat or bear as she had her phone out taking pics.

Thats funny as crap buddy of mine and I did the same thing. we were up in Kaibab just left jacobs lake heading towards big springs by the lake campground late one night. A guy was hauling butt in his truck back towards the lodge. we figured a drunk. so we get right to the turnoff to go down the big dirt road hill. and see a fire not a big one but some smaller ones. so we get out and grab our 3 5 gallon jugs of water and start putting it out mainly the logs burning, used a shovel on the other stuff. after about and hour of the shovel we figured we would get more water.. climb in the truck and drive back to Jacobs lake. as we were loading the truck with water 2 guys walked to there truck that was parked by the water hand pump as well. and they started laughing. said might as well go into the lodge and get something to eat cause your wasting your time. its a control fire. he said "we passed you going to get more water too, then someone in the lodge told us it was a control fire so we got something to eat. we were wondering if you guys would drive past it or still be out there"

Longshooter will probably buy the used ones even if his fat butt wont fit in them

What works better on ant hills? Set your oxy/acetylene torch to cut with the nice blue flame, perfect mixture of gases. Knock the flame out and stick the torch down a hole and leave it for as long as you can. Come back and light the torch and stick it in the hole, you will explode the whole ant hill. My uncle did this once when I was a kid. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. You could feel the ground shake when he hit the light after filling the ant hole with acetylene. My mom was pissed! But the ants were gone When I was a kid back in the 60's we used 700x gun powder pour it down the holes ants dig through and bring it down even farther keep filling. Then get magnifine glass and ignite you could see smoke 10 yards away. our base side walks in Japan were sand then on top 12x12 concrete slabs.. oh the good times fireworks and gun powder todays youth missed out on alot. anyway my 1st neighbor in the hood in 1983 wanted rocks he tried plastic for a year with all kinds of chemicals crap still grew. got pissed off rented a bobcat with scraper got rid of rock and dirt plastic everything. got a chemical pump and sprayed a heavy coating of good old fashion Diesel fuel down, raked the heck out of it the next day and sprayed it again. put new rock down . he moved about about 18 years ago and that place just started growing weeds 10 years ago. smelled like heck for a few days but us being the old 6 house's on the 1/2 mile long street didnt bother anyone. city bitched about it so when the smell was bad he would sprinkle tide down on it , I think the tide helped It worked.

Google is your friend https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbary_sheep Not my friend have you seen my Typos learn something everyday, I didnt know that nor did I know that they are also called Auodads. I always thought auodads were just that auodads. We hunted for auodads in texas one year as an exotic. according to Texas game and fish they were legal to shoot on public land(we hunted private) because they were non native, that was back in 2000. one of the guys we were hunting with said the guy who owned the ranch told him about a chunk of public land that possibly had them and since he lived in texas he figured he would hunt them. for some reason I thought barbary where those sheep long the Ca coast.

Are Barbary's native to north America or where they imported to ca? I cant recall

How does AZ handle Barbary Sheep or Persian Ibex or Gemsbok if they show up over there? I dont know but think they would handle the above the same way this was. http://www.coueswhitetail.com/forums/topic/78578-zebra-dinner/?hl=%2Binvasive+%2Bspecies&do=findComment&comment=781092 13a emu The guy I spoke with was a good friend and was one of the high up guys. also running that particular dept. at the time

With all this rain we had I hope the Evidence room doesn't have a leak

That would be a tricky one,I believe because its a Legal Big Game animal in a neighboring state. things you are allow to shoot with out license and tags are invasive species Like emus zebras African lions tigers giraffes crap like that. That would be a hard one to get by on. some G&F guys would say yes others would say NO.. Guaranteed this, you shoot it someone will get jealous and complain then they will find away to charge you, if there already isnt a law saying so. Unless I had it in writing from and Game and Fish exec I wouldnt pull the trigger. what is going to happen is with this sighting there will be people finding out if they legally can if so, there will be a ton of people up there looking for it. I am sure they guy who saw it has already been in contact with G&F crap I would throw my 13 hunt away to find that thing if it was legal.

the 97-2005 dodges and 97 2005 jeep Tjs have a huge problem with batteries and computer issues.(computer issues meaning bad connections or batt. trips them all up) it all boils down to the conections the battery and the grounds. they give false codes alot. the Jeep tj series has the exact same Computer in it as the dodge ram 1500 in those years. we had a problem with my daughters jeep and took my trucks pc and swapped them. problem went away(didnt run good because it was a 8cyl vs 6 cyl but the charging issue went away. when everyone said it was the Computer including 2 mechanics. The f'n computer is $1000-1800 bucks if you can find one from the dealer. Oh just so your aware the regulator for the dodge just like the jeep is in the computer and they do burn out from time to time(rarely though). if it ever goes out cheapest fix is to get a aftermarket regulator and wire it in cost like 15-30 bucks takes 1 hour) your computer will still work on everything else too. one key way to find the problem out is the radio (if its aftermarket mainly) is that you will loose settings. your amp gauge/volt gauge on the dash will normally read good. and you'll still get the problem.. I dont check batteries with volt meters cause you can get false readings., If i have a problem just drive it to autozone and have them load it up. make sure the batt. connections are good as well as the starter connections and a min of one ground wire from frame to motor.
