slowly but were running out of machinest. only ones worth a shoot are in there late 40s-80. everyone else just hits a button, they dont know how or why. our biggest problem and I said it when it happend when the clinton admin started cutting school shop class's. actually it was hilaray and her law firm before that. they were suing people right and left for letting young kids work with so called hazardous stuff. saws, knives ,lathes mills etc etc. it will take 15-20 years to get the SMARTS back into the manufactuering industry. I know many people that are in there 60-70s that are working again in machine shops because good people cant be found anymore. and the schools today are useless. They dont teach people shoot. they might teach you how to program but any idiot can do that you have to know how to machine before you can efficiently program. a 7 year old kid can program as its just a computer program.

china succeeded in manufacturing because of cheap labor and parts. They did exactly what they intended to. that is get all the work for cheap and do it, then build up a base and make people depend on it. They had all the money in the world because there gov paid for it. This was all planned and thought out many years ago with 150% success. after companies using china for a few years china started rasing prices. if you didn't pay you didnt get your shoot. and they wouldnt give you the refined dies/molds/blueprints.or technology like you gave to them to get started. so now your stuck. Motorola was one of those casualty's and a few others. I used to deal direct with Motorola and Kuja die and mold in China. they flat out fucked Motorola but it served them right by motorola being the greedy bastards they were. lets see what they got. Everyone is dependant on them, They got tons of info and technology from our parts and shops. now they make money because they raised prices years ago and we have no one to do it here like we used to. and why cause most companies are greedy, they'll sell there mom to make a buck. and china is pimping out there mom too. today china has some of the nicest machine shops in the world, cleanest and most advanced. they use government money to build them so its ulimited fund. that being said its the hightech shops for hightech stuff. the crap so to speak is just like what we have here in America every tom dick and harry has machine shops in there neighborhoods/garages making shoot on the side and non high tech stuff. china is the same way except there is millions of them. they dont pay taxs have licences worry about epa issues or osha issues, no tolorances no inspections etc etc. 75% of the shoot is junk or sub par but its cheap. heck look at craiglist theres a ton of people that advertise in there. most of them arein there garage.

I believe those are hardend to like 56 rc meaning a lathe wont do it well. best bet is a surface grinder, or o.d/i.d grinder. a surface grinder is pretty common in garages

20c always baffled me cause it gets hunt hard every year with a ton of rifle tags. the place is flowing with people in certain spots as well. dec archery opens and were finding deer not as many but decent ones Then jan rolls around and its archery Pig hunting and bucks are everywhere and bigger ones even in the places that were hunted hard. just driving down the roads we see them when 2-3 weeks before there wasnt as many in that area. About 5-6 years ago we were yote and archery deer hunting in dec during a rifle deer hunt, saw a few bucks along yarnell hill but all rats. Kid decided she wanted to climb to the top of yarnell hill from the bottom. She made it 3/4 of the way up then the cliffs were too big. When she got back to the truck later that afternoon she said she saw tons of deer and some big ones. If I recall she said she saw about 50 deer and maybe 15-20 bucks. said a few bucks were still hanging together. most were 3's-4's but she saw some 5's and really big 5 along with a so so 6 its like someone turns on a light switch and the bucks come back to the flats in Jan. but then again its about the time the rut is in full swing too.

Im always seeing Decent to really decent bucks in 20c just cant get close enough to them with a bow or I am yote hunting. been seeing them in 20c for the last 10-12 years and they have a crap load of permits in there. its like one of those units thats keeps on putting them out. they used to have like 1200 plus buck(all seasons) permits in there plus archery dont know what they have in the last 2 years

you asked the same thing 3 months ago . your 18 so I am guessing you have a vehicle. Id start looking unit 10 over to get familiar with it, you have a long time before your hunt there is NO excuses you cant find a area on your own.

there was a topic on this many years ago about the time all that USO guide shoot and non resident stuff happened, at a commission meeting I believe could have been a game and fish meeting. (it was during internet time a few boards also were talking about it). If I remember correctly G&F said per law it would be illegal because how our laws are written. our hunting and fishing Laws are unique to AZ because we dont have a DNR like most other states. it was brought up a few times since then. I believe Ringer remembers that he was at alot of those meetings. preference points give someone/ a certain group an advantage that was the whole point of Preference points to begin with and to make sure they got the moneys from hunters every year.

Thats exactly the problem the definition of fair as everyone will have a different meaning. whats fair for everyone. straight across the board. whats fair for those who get the tags they want and turns them back in because they got injured and cant go, or dont like this years horn growth, etc etc whats fair for those who only put in for trophy tags. If they made it so you couldnt apply for x amount of years after you got drawn, Game and fish would loose a ton of money, I mean why put in if you cant get drawn for 3 years. but thats usually countered by well you still have to pay during those years. that would be Illegal in which to do basically taking money for something there not going to give you.

Thats not true, as then it wouldn't be a fair system. if those guys with 20 points would put in for something other than Early bull in certain units they would probably get drawn. what about the guy that buys a hunting and fishing license every year. or the guy that does volunteer work for for game and fish there no different then the guys who pay the app fees. back in the AZOD days there were guys who tried to make it better for them. like adding a bonus point for those who did volunteer work, those who put in for xxx amount of years etc etc. its all the ABOUT me which isnt a fair system. A fair system is you dump the bonus points and everyone is equal. keep adding bonus points and people will all have close to the same amount. why because some put in only for early rifle elk in trophy units only, yet they are the same people who complain that others get elk tags and they dont. of course every ones "FAIR" idea is always sided to help them and not others. Dont get me wrong, I understand guys who want only early bull rifle in certain units and only put in for that every year but with xx tags what do you expect do the math odds arent really good there pretty close to getting a ram tag odds. as far as my comment just put in and get what you get, yeah thats far fetched but that would be a True Fair System. would be fun to watch though.
