Actually it is. think about it what happens when you get drawn for any anterled deer in some units have both (ie unit 1?) then you have archery which is any antlered deer. and the youth hunts are any antlered deer as well as muzzy hunts

It is a level playing field as far as this goes well kinda, there are many adults who have kids that wouldnt give there kids a tag if there life depended on it. its common in hunting and fishing world (fishing world is worse), The f the kids attitude. however a person who gives his tag to a kid is givng up his tag/ which means he cant shoot one so its kinda a beak even thing, and there arent that many grandparents that just do it for the kid to hunt.( number wise it wouldn't make a difference) quite a few grandparents are raising there kids kid(do to a number of reasons). which means grandpa's going to be more than likely going anyway with the kid. the shooting part is kinda boring anyhow. but the hunting parts with a kid is blast that both will last for ever.

Every hunt I put in for like 18 years was to give the tags to my kids. Best time of my life. Much better times than hunting for myself. Wife did it too cause she dont hunt. I like the grand parent idea wish it was around when Dad was still alive he would have done it for the grand kids as well.

There fun to hunt in texas. one other place overlooked is Hawaii . Dad hunted axis and pigs alot, and he loved hunting them in Hawaii the best when he lived there. said it was cheap too. it was on some island close by the main island that you went by boat or small plane.

There was a problem with one of the seats on those carbs,, its easier to just buy a new carb. we have a sportmans 500 I think its a 2004. you can see the corroded seat, we had a shop rebuild the motor that lasted about a whopping 30 mins before it seized up. when I took it apart I noticed that on the carb as well as reading about it on the web. I have the thing apart in my shop, if I ever get time to rebuild it AGAIN. if I remember I will grab a pic of the problem carb. add'd it was one of the deep seats that is next tii impossible to get too. they get pitted

Gunit boats/motor are not titled in AZ, never have been . It also doesnt need to be in the system so to speak.

Oh yeah forsure. that was mostly a generation thing and the TAKE TAKE TAKE mentality. it happens on alot of forums and pretty much happened around the same time. still happened today. There was a group of people that were the best of the best well at east thought so as well as some others that said that.. also that was one of the Early Cancel culture deals I was talking about. some people didn tlike others who had joined and because of that through a tizzy that if they werent banned or rules were made to change there behavior they wouldn't post. Others felt that way cause they would make a fishing reports and the next day there would be 20-30 boats on there super secret spot usually at Saguaro ie que in the name sag fags. Then there was some that left cause of there jobs were being threatened by people who didnt like what they were saying on the net. Some of these clowns (usually the people who bitched the most) would actually have the odasity (sp) to call and complain to a persons boss of the way the behaved on a forum. But the funny part of all that, was the guys who bitched and were too cool for school were always on that board 24/7 reading every fishing report they could find when a tourny was coming. and many had other usernames. I heard that alot many times someone would say that on the lake to me. The zone was a giant Magnet it attracted everybody and very few were able to break away. Bottom line is people created there own drama made for some funny and great posts though.

I dont remember that one. I am sure there was more too it. like he said he had a 10lb fish and it was luckly to be 2lbs maybe? I think your kinda wrong, I knew most of the guys on azbz. these guys did more for people than people know. A good point is that pretty much everyone knew everyone through fishing or tournies. so I might say something to someone or someone say something to someone else an outsider looking at it would think its rude or inappropriate when all it was was 2 guys or a group of guys razzing each other. One thing I will say is that they didnt put up with BS and would call it out quick and harsh. Very few posts I found bad. I think I only deleted less than 20 posts in the 15+ years it was up. Usually it was because someone posted about someones kid or someones wife. Some people are just to sensitive. never the less it was fun while it lasted.

wont do anygood, the thing is you wont get fishing reports only about a 1/2 % of the people will post reports if that. Was the same way on AZBZ. look at all the guys who hunt that are on this forum, only a hand full if that post pics or a story and usually its only when they have there kids hunting.

I was fortunate when i was growing up. Dad let me do alot of things. Japan gave me plenty of opportunities when I was a kid as well as My father. I was able to do stuff most kids couldnt. we hunted and fished almost every single weekend In the summer I fished about everyday. at 10-12 I was taking the train or riding my bike to places with a friend to fish. Tokyo bay Yokohama had a huge pier/break that went way out and you could catch tuna lots of bottom fish etc etc. Saltwater freshwater, rivers lakes ponds in the Japanese gardens. one of my Favorite was the Rice patti irrigation canals, they had huge german browns 3-6 lbs. They were just little ditches so to speak too. we used the eels we caught in the rice patties for bait. That org pic is my Favorite. I got some more somewhere put away from that trip but mostly sea turtles hatching and hundreds of baby hammerheads swimming in the coves. the hammerheads were like 1-2 feet long andstayed in 3 feet of water in the white sand, people would just swim out there with them never got bothered. Crazy when I 1st got there as Jaws had just come out( at least on the navy base movie theater and I saw it 2 days before I left on the boat to get me to that island.

Groupers are cool, that was one fish I was never allowed to catch or even try to catch while hand lining off an out rigger canoe in ChiChi jima Japan. The guy I was staying with had only one rule dont fish for the brown ones, if you hook one cut the line. I was around 12. that summer I lost 2 seperate fishign trips he took me home (to his house)and didnt speak to me both days. the 1st time he told me I didnt listen. we were fishing and old WWII wreck. we were in his Outrigger canoe. for those who never fished hand lines it is something you should try. Anyhow I put a huge makrell on the huge hook( about the size of my hand) we were fishing at the time for Wahoo. you look through a glass into the water and can see a hundred or so feet down as the water was crystal clear. once you spot a fish you drop your line and bait. well those brown/black ones didnt look at that 100+ deep. so I let the line drop. soon as it came close boom fish on. I was jazzed. Willie kept asking me what color what color I said black. about that time I wrapped the line around the peg and it took all the slack and forced the boat kinda down. Then Wack, Willie and his big butt machete came slamming down on the line. then the stern butt chewing let me fish the rest of the afternoon with very little talking. he made one mistake he took me to the pier on the way home to show me the fishing boats and why not to hook those colored fish. they were f'n huge as big as I was. I mean I was 12 you dont show a kid a huge fish as say NO. next day we went again. I hooked another one not telling him I hooked anything. but he knew cause as soon as I wrapped it around peg the machete made that wack again. took me home. next week I did it again but this time by accident heck I still have 2 more months on that island. he finally took me again what seemed like a life time but was 2 or 3 weeks. and we went 3 times a week after that for the rest of my stay. The last day I caught a even bigger fish, a 3meter 2 centimeter Mackerel Shark me and one of willies relatives young guy was a cop on that island went out and set up bouyes with a semi dead goat for bait. when My sister and I were baording the boat to leave, he comes sirens blazing grabs me and takes me to the shark. cool as shoot.

Ive heard that as well. but I doubt it was true. Reason being if that was true the cops would have radioed the cops at the ramp where the protest were being held. that or you would have seen cops behind the guys car shortly after the accident. Unless they just used baricades like AZ does with the washs during storms? he could have came on further up the freeway? or maybe just maybe the cops just saw the protest and started closing things down. however he was the only one on the freeway at that time.

didnt this happen the other day? I saw a story about it saying the guy that was arrested was wanted in another instance running down protestors. It didnt mention the guy was black but gave his name. Only reason I clicked to read it was that same day or the day before there was an article on fox news about what to do if your car is overrun by protestors.

did you have a problem with fouling in the .223? I had major problems with fouling in the 22-250 and .220 swift using barnes bullets. That being said I haven't tried them in 15+ years. Id get up to 5 shots and accuracy went to shoot. scrub barrel no issues. I believe the were the old barnes X bullets, I still have a box or 2 laying around somewhere. I was running between mid range and high range of the loading data. my .243 and 6mm Remington I had no problems with fouling, Dad has some fouling with them in a 7mm Remington mag. I was going ton try them in the 25-06 but figure the speed was too fast for the bullet. Again these were 80's and 90's era bullets. I did love how they preformed on yotes, they didnt gut it or make a mess held together pretty good. recovered a few I shot head on below the throat and the way the bullet peeled was pretty nice. doesnt make any difference as to why its legal.
