I’m in that camp that thinks it’s over. However your post about your boy possibly not drawing 30b youth with 5 points made me think I could be wrong. Hopefully I am

I sure would have thought 5 points would put him in the bonus pass for 30b but haven’t looked at those stats. What was the magical number of points to make the bonus pass last year?

There’s a good chance you’re right. I’ve been putting in just to get drawn for the last several years just because the thought of not having a tag sucks. That strategy is catching on. I’ve got 3 friends/ customers that put in last choice muzzy deer tags that have had leftovers in years past and they don’t even own muzzle loaders. What used to be 100% draw odds are not anymore because of this anxiety

Probably wasn’t the most relaxing project to do on Father’s Day changing out 47 year old body mounts!😂

Back at ya! Working on my “early bronco”! 😄 My happy place!
-
Neat gun! Yes match heads at 75 ft! I’d want this if I didn’t already have a BSA-Martini outfitted similarly that I haven’t shot in forever. GLWS!

I whined when she said zucchini lasagna tonight! This was my second plate!

Nothing fancy for us tonight but pure heaven! My wife makes an awesome chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. All smothered in white gravy!

I recently bought an early bronco after a few years of looking and if I had to settle with an auto trans I would have changed to manual but it had the original 3 spd on the column and it’s not getting changed. Love the manuals -

Jap auto makers most definitely had our butts kicked in the earlier years. When I was a teen my dad and I pulled apart a few fords and Chevys and the tolerances were nowhere near as tight as a Nissan motor we pulled apart. On 60s-80s motors the crank bearing caps would fall into your hands when bolts pulled but the Nissan I remember having to tap the bearings and caps away from the journals. Yeah 100k was getting pretty close to rebuild time then but I think things have changed nowadays -
Awesome! One of the best write ups I’ve seen on this forum! Thank you to the ones who gave All for our freedom! Happy Memorial Day!

I thought the same thing. Probably these pukes know they would get off easier with the state than a pissed off rancher that might take the law into his own hands!

I’m looking to replace the bronco I had when I was younger. 10 years ago I said no to a 75 at 25k. Sure wish I hadn’t passed on that one! Looked at a 72 the other day that was totally rusted out and lots of cheesy mods. He wouldn’t budge off 18k!

Most definitely had to be there when I purchased but as I recall it was faint. Took me a few days to tell it was doing it more at certain rpm’s. I was also under the a false sense of security that it was still covered under factory warranty. Not so much if in an accident though
-
Bet there are a ton of stories about that place! They sold me a vehicle danged near 30 years ago that was less than a year old and 18k miles. In a few days I noticed weird noise coming from bottom of motor when revving. After a couple of hours of investigating found the oil pan was pushed into the pick up screen and the noise was the oil pump whining as it was trying to pick up oil. The front quarter panels and hood were replaced, radiator etc. Definitely had been in an accident. When the general manager said he was not going to do anything about it because I signed the as is papers I pretty much at that point started trying to dissuade anyone in the showroom from buying from them. I guess the GM didn’t like me telling him I was going to kick his butt so he called PD so I left. Vowed to never buy another vehicle owned by the Van Tuyl group again!

Good for him! The dikhead thought he spotted an easy mark and got a surprise! Maybe the idiot will think twice the next time. If he makes it

A neighboring rancher and his son came over so the son could change the oil in our windmill and while he was doing the change, we were BSing and had no idea their dog was down sport killing all of our chickens. We didn’t know about until the next morning. We actually didn’t want to say anything to our friends because they’re the type to want to buy us new chickens even though they were over doing something for us for nothing. I gave their dog a treat next time I saw him. I like the dog more than those stupid birds!

No doubt! Wasn’t too long ago, before this cancer called the internet has plagued society that two men took care of business after a heck of a lot fewer words spoken! I do have 3 words for BOB however, “Stay Down Luke!”

Yep I acquired my 21st point and in a sick way this Peyton Place alleviates the depression a bit!

You’re going to have great weather and hopefully they surprise you! One year about 25 years ago in February between El Niño storms we were surprised by a great spinnerbait bite for like 3 days. Kind of a medium retrieve in 6-8’ of water. Good luck! -
Owner/builder for a livable structure I think might be different than the opt out permit. It’s for non livable structures like storage, garages etc. If they’re still offering it? There are no inspections and no detail plans only a site plan showing property lines and not much more than a concept drawing. As for number of structures allowed on one property I’m not sure?
-
Are you In Cochise or Pima county? In Cochise and RU4 zoned (min 4 acres I believe)you can apply for the opt out permit where there are no inspections except at the end where the assessor comes out to measure. Oh yeah they’ll get their tax $

I’ve been seeing them trucked west on I-10 and now I’ve seen a bunch of them I believe at the Los Reales landfill
