    It is reality....Bass Pro/Cabelas

I thought I heard something about that. Don't know how true it is but that would definitely be awesome.

I'll buy it all. Pm sent.
  3. You don't need fancy software unless you're doing some advanced editing. I've been using windows movie maker and GoPro studio- both free. They've put together some nice videos to share with family and friends. I would focus more on your camcorder. Capturing nice footage is important. Get something that's easy to work with. I bought a Canon camcorder with memory card on sale on Black Friday for a little over 100. It's worked nice and shoots nice 1080P. I also use a GoPro - love it! Things I consider in a camcorder: weight, being able to change memory cards and being able to buy extra batteries for it.

    Hornady/Vortex Bullet Cam???

If it's true, the engineering behind it is impressive. I would never be able to figure out how to stabilize a camera on a bullet that spins.

Container gardening for a total begginer

Here's a cool link from the College of Agriculture at UofA about what to plant and when. I believe it's based off Maricopa County, so like Muledeerarea33 said, dates may be slightly different at your location. But still a cool link. https://extension.arizona.edu/sites/extension.arizona.edu/files/pubs/az1005.pdf I got the link from the YouTube Channel "Weed'em & Reap". It's about urban farming/gardening in Arizona. Justin Rhodes is another neat YouTube channel.

*Updated W/Pics *My Son Wants to Clean Your Skulls

Good for him! I love seeing youth excited about entrepreneurship and It's great that you're encouraging your son. I have no doubt they'll grow to be the back bone of this country. I'm left with a javelina tag soup but will keep him in mind on my next hunt and pass it on if someone's looking.
  8. No but I hope to explore those southern units some day.
  9. In 2015, I went on my first deer hunt. Being my first deer, I shot the first buck I saw. I've been hooked ever since! I'll never forget my first forkie lol All year, I was counting down the days before my second deer hunt in 2016. I was attending ASU and had to be back to school on Monday so I only had the weekend to hunt. Once again, my main goal was to tag a deer. Opening morning right as the sun broke the horizon, I shot my second deer. It seems that instead of shooting bigger bucks every year, they keep getting smaller! I have admit, I like eating young bucks! but really, I need to stop shooting small bucks haha

    Locked up mule deer?

That's really cool! I would just clean them up and maybe carefully bleach the skull. I think they would make a great center piece for like a coffee table or man cave bar or something. I wouldn't separate them - I love the look. Great find!

    Favorite Headlamp

I have a black diamond as well, I'm happy with it. I have a couple of cheap ones in my trunk and laying around as backups. They've all worked great- can't tell the difference. Since I only use them around camp or roadsides, I don't spend too much... Instead, I'd spend the extra money on batteries.

    Javelina Bag Limit

Trying to better understand the 2 javelina bag limit. I know you can't tag 2 javelina during your hunt (same unit, same hunt number) but... Can you tag 2 javelinas during different hunts, in the same unit? "no more than one (1) javelina taken per open area as defined in each hunt number" - Does this mean you can't tag two javelinas in the same unit, regardless of the hunt numbers? "The bag limit may be filled in any combination of permit-tag... as long as differing hunt numbers" - Does this mean you can? HAM and General javelina, in the same unit, have differing hunt numbers.

    Trophy and Meat Care? Gutless?

Yeah, bring a lot of gloves. Try to avoid touching the meat after touching their hair. Change gloves as much as you need to.

    Piebald dove?

I used to see one like that on ASU's campus - pretty cool looking. Would be interesting to find out what causes that

    Direct tv vs Cox

The only reason we still have Cox is for the internet and because we don't want to learn a new set of channels. Don't know if DirectTV does this too but with Cox you now need an extra service box for every TV. Its free to begin with but jumps to an extra $3 per month per box. No more splitting the cable into rooms. lol Personally, I live off Netflix and YouTube when watching shows lol
  20. Nice! Looks like an awesome hunt. let us know what you think!

Nice! You can never have too many. Best of luck!

    First time Javelina

Everytime I've seen a javelina, I've seen multiple. Don't know if this is always the case. But if one takes off, keep your eyes out for others. As far as calling, I've never called javelina but from what I've heard if you manage to jump javelina and they scatter in different directions you can possibly call them back. You'll be good with .223
