Catclaw My hunting buddy and his wife hit an elk with there car about a month before his archery elk hunt. He was told by the officer to have his wife tag the elk so he could still hunt in September. I think that is your deer, elk or what ever you kill for the year if you tag it.

Bret and Mike I think you are correct it is legal to bait deer in AZ. You will have a hard time getting game and fish to give you a yes or no on it. I do beleave it is illegal to bait bears. That is the blurb in the regs.
