I am getting rid of my Montana canvas wall tent. It is a 10 x 12', with the exterior frame and 3 internal poles. It has the floor liner and a separate cloth for the stove. Comes with stove, which has the water reservoir as well. I have upgraded the clips and cord to tie it down. This is is awesome for any weather, but in sub 10's, you remain nice and warm. No rips or tears to my knowledge. We had the stove and two cots and still had plenty of room. The last picture is a stock picture, but gives you a little better idea.
