Would greatly benefit from having someone to spar and practice techniques with. Pretty tough doing joint locks and disarming imaginary foes. +1 for Von Hansen's If you make your own, use a cave aged cheddar. It has the texture and consistency of something closer to Parmesan. It's amazing. Just don't let your wife know about the grocery bill until she tries it.

Sears and all of it's brands are circling the drain. They aren't what I grew up with. I know from experience that they will do little to nothing to support your purchase. I bartended for a couple John Deer conventions when I was younger. I would buy from that company even if it wasn't as American as apple pie.

One of the things I really like about the OP is I didn't know he did cross fit. Usually you already know this because the person tells you ever day. A couple buddies run a gym on my side of town. Maybe it's time to check it out. Heck, they maintain a kegerator on site. It can't be terrible. Kudos on the lifestyle adjustment. We all think about it, most of us never take the leap.
