good coues hunting videos? (picture for your time)
elmergoo replied to 300 ultra mag's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
Whitetail in the West by Northstar Productions is very informative. They used to have parts 1 and 2 on video , but have combined them on one DVD. It was made by some Arizona boys and their P.O. box is out of Cottonwood ,AZ. They state it took them over 12 years to make it and you can see them age on the DVD. I think its probally the first and the best on western whitetail. -
Got the new bow! Now for sights and rest!
elmergoo replied to ajohunter's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
Spott-Hog sights and Trophy Taker rest -
I think they are called carp meaning the are bottom feeders, like you find mule deer in the lower country and whitetail up in the higher elevatoins.

Emily and emmy for short. -
Thats the best trait about Labs. They just want to help you with anything if you train them to do so.I have my yellow female trained to (and I hope this doesn't upset anybody) bring me beers from a icechest or a refrigerator, I just cant get her to close the lids or doors yet. Its crazy you can put any amount of different sodas in there and one Bud-Light and BOOYA every time with the beer. With her soft mouth never a hole ,just a little slobber. Thats why they are such good law inforcement dogs. She also brings the groceries in from the truck to the kitchen. Anything you want to train them to do,they just want to help.

Awesome. I like the shadows on the wall. Maybe put some bear grass around the bottom or something. I can see it. Awesome

It will be worth the wait. I feel real sorry for the boy though. Imagine going the rest of your life trying to top that one.( not really though)

There is a picture of that buck with Ty and his brother Troy whose son harvested that buck at Sportsmans in Mesa.

Bow-Tech. They take the " ARCH OUT OF ARCHERY " , If money is no option look at their new 2008 101st infantry bow. Awesome numbers with a forgiving 7.25 brace height, but shoot them all and start learning alot about arrow weight and everything else involved with equipment that goes into a great set-up.Leave no stone un-turned and you will be happy with whatever you get.Until next years models come out.

Go for the european mount,Tony. That would look awesome.

The girlfriend has all her corn husks out on stand-bye. I will ask her if she is interested. She sticks with a red chile version if that interests you. She usually makes a batch over Thanksgiving and again over Christmas. Let me know if you like red chile and I will ask her.

Sounds like a great hunt to me. Wait until your brother in law tastes some of that fine young whitetail . You and him will both be back.

I got to warn you it is alot of work. If the girlfriend is up to giving up the secret recipe I will send you a P.M.

New B&C World Record Coues
elmergoo replied to Red Rabbit's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
I would rather have the P&Y record and say to heck with the rest of it. -

If I remember right, they are originally built in Japan, and then Bulldog takes them, guts them, beefs them up, and re-sells them. I haven't seen my friends' first hand, but i will in December. They look a little top heavy, all though I like every thing else you listed about them.

I just stick an apple on the end of my arrow.

I agree. I grew up in Tucson and seen the same activity. That is why I am a sun devil fan. Tucson is a one horse town.
