Do you mind saying what camera you are using ? I like how fast the delay is, or lack of.

very nice stringer and I don't even like to eat trout , but it had to have been a great time to catch a stringer like that.

which model of rifle do you prefer?
elmergoo replied to devinv's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Don't rule out quality just because it is made in Japan. Browning makes alot of models in Japan. I own one and its one of the most the prettiest, well made, and most accurate gun I own. -
Having patience and the closer you get the slower you go.

If possible try riding a bike to work. I save 25$ a week in gas not to mention wear and tear on the rest of the vehicle. I ride 14 miles round trip a day. I will be in so-so shape this season.

Stuck bullet in a 300 mag
elmergoo replied to seek100plus's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Your going to think this is crazy, but how about taking everything out of the stock and applying a little ( and I mean A LITTLE ) heat to the chamber. The steel should expand just enough. I would try a oxy-acetlyne torch with a rose-bud tip and way out in the hills somewhere with emergency standing by.)Seriously though I am really interested on what a smith will do. Please keep us posted. -
That is a bad rig. I have the "85' that has the front solid axle. Good luck selling her, but them Ranger's ain't got A/C.

Tell us how you really feel Bill. Roofer's armpit ? Now that's funny and bad.

Who is your hunting partner? I'm not saying your friend didn't do as he says, but Ed Stockwell was a friend and I can't imagine anyone teaching him "about hunting." His bee-keeping business kept him outdoors in some of Arizona's best whitetail country year around, and in the last years of his life he was one of our state's better hunting guides. Bill Quimby Kinda wondering to. He would have to be a pretty old fellar. Wasn,t Ed,s record deer shot in 1954?

Plus the GP 100 is a double action for any sticky situation. Mine is stainless and the double action came in real handy on a suprise rattlesnake just the other day.

Talk about redneck. I used to whack lizards off the mesquite trees with a stick down by the Kearney golf course, in bare feet no- less. Some of the best times I ever had.
