Giving props to the best bow

It all comes down to which company pays the most money for a professional to shoot.I believe P.S.E. never paid a dime to anyone to shoot their bows.

    Carbon vs Aluminum Shafts

Hey Mike I know this has nothing to do with the thread but I was down at the Sportsman Wharehouse down in Tucson and they had a closeout on bows piled up against the counter in their boxes. I noticed a Tomcat for around 5 hundred. Dont know the draw length or any thing, but it might be worth a phone call.I believe the Alligience, Tribute, and the Tomcat are the only ones you can inter change smooth or speed cams. Check it out.

    Electronic callers

In my experience me and the nephew have had better luck with the mouth calls. We tried electronic calls and mouth calls at the same stands and the mouth calls brings them in now.I think a mouth call and a moving decoy should be the ticket.

    Carbon vs Aluminum Shafts

You are going to love that Bow-tech.Thats the way to do it though, you must shoot a animal with what you have before you are allowed to purchase another bow. Which one are you going to get?I shoot the ALLIGIENCE,awesome bow and then they come out with the Guardian. On paper the Alligience is still faster ,but I have not shot the Guardian yet.Look at all the technology and numbers out there and you will see that Bow-Tech are the INNOVATORS.Have FUN choosing and let us know.

    '06 S. AZ LATE COUES

To outsmart a deer of that caliber ,playing cat and mouse, scouting him earlier in the year and succeeding in taking him is what it is all about.Very sincere congratulations.
  14. What time of the day did your camera post those pictures? It looks like morning, but hard to tell in the pines.Just wondering if those bucks were rutting.Hard to find bucks out wandering during daylight hours like that unless the rutt is on. Great pictures any-who.

    2007 Hoyt Line up!

Yea according to ArcheryTalk.com where Bow Nut gets all of his information they did a shoot-out for 2006 and BowTech rules. Ya, But how many sets of limbs did it take to finish the test!!! LOL. And now they got holes drilled in both ends of the limbs. Lets see they split with one hole lets drill another hole on the other end and put another arm in the middle of the limb and bend it over that. That will keep them from splitting. Sure hope you guy know I am joking! Don't take any of this to heart. I have lots of friends that shoot other bows and I try to get them to see the light to! I believe every bow company out there makes great bows! Its what feels good and shoots good for you is all that matters. elmergoo, I don't get all my information from ArcheryTalk.com I make some of it up myself.LOL! I understand BowNut. I just like lighting a fire under Dave.

    257 Weatherby Magnum

What Ernesto? A box of 257 shells?
  22. Attempted to scout them as well this past weekend. From the Leslie Canyon road side up to the Rucker, same issues. Didn't try to find ways in from H-191. No Trespassing POSTED. I too saw Posted on National Forest lands. Cattle guards. Next to Unit 30A and 29 designation signs! I truly think it's the work of some that have leased areas for grazing and feel that entiltes them to post. Or "those" thinking it will discourage 50-60-80% of us with a dilema??? Fenced, wide open, Nat. Forest, all POSTED. Need to find a relation map showing the private, leased, public relation. And original roads placed by federal, state and county. Don't know if there is such a record that exists. AZ G&F puts out just that map . You can pick it up at Wide World of Maps.A map of just 30-A and all the private land and oh yea the swissheims are guess what ?

    Randy Ulmer Hunting Accident?

I agree with bobyyo. If you think scouting by air is ethical you are fooling yourself. Can you imagine getting yourself on all these magazine covers, calling you THE GREATEST HUNTER WHO EVER LIVED, and then getting up in the morning and looking yourself in thse mirror? Mr. Adams all these records in all these different parts off the country. wHAT DOES THIS GUY DO FOR WORK? WHATEVER.Scouting by air takes 90% out of scouting. If you can pinpoint a animal to say 10 acres then you only have to concentrate on those specific 10 acres with confidence and patience. If you are not hunting ethical then you are only cheating yourself.

    Which release?

Scott Mongoose.Real short extension from your wrist to your trigger so I gained another inch in my draw length. I went from a 28 inch draw to a 29 inch draw which means 10 more feet per second. Check the new scotts out . They offer the shorter releases in the SilverHorn the mongoose and I think the Buckhorn wich is a dual caliper release, but the Mongoose or is it called the Wildcat .I can't remember the exact names is the shortest one. ANY-WHOO they are Scott's latest releases.
