Filled my 2017 tag. 3Rd year in a row off the same ridge. Got the whole thing on video it was pretty awesome. I was planning on staying the night and comming down to hunt mulies the rest of the week with my brother in law. But couldn't pass up the opportunity to harvest another great buck. And to top it off Got it all on film. From him pushing the doe to shooting him twice out of the stand. It stinks that I'm done again early in the year but I'm more than happy with this buck. I don't have alot of great pictures due to being solo for the weekend but here's one that turned out pretty good.

Less tags in 31 Wish they had added the Archery bear 31 end of august, always have a tone of bears on camera but no season.

I'm still working on my set up but I will be shooting VAPs on my elk hunt. I shot them on my January couse hunt not sure on the arrow weight but was using a 100gr rocket steelhead and blew through my buck twice. There a awesome deadly combo. I may shoot the rockets or Ramcats for elk with the Vaps

We got hit. unit 1 bull and a 23 late archery bull. should be a good year.

They had a big fish tournament at rosey over the weekend. looked like it went pretty well. don't have a tone of info on it tho. ill see what I can dig up in the morning.

For archery there isn't a hunt in 31. only the rifle hunt later in the year. September 30th-December 31st. General Bear there isn't any Archery 31 season.

I just wish they would open up 31 for bear. we had 17 bears on camera last year.

I have a 2016 PSE Inertia For sale. Asking $550 obo, the bow was used on my elk hunt and has been collecting dust ever since. There's nothing wrong with the now I just don't need another now and am only selling to try and fund some new binos. The how has 70lb limbs currently set up @28 inch and about 67 lbs. Also included is a new PSE drop away rest that's already in the bow.
