    20" HBAR AR-15 Varmint

Im not much for grouping It has been used for varmint hunting. The rifle has hit everything I have aimed at. Im sure it is capable of sub MOA groups, but Im not going to be one of those guys who says "I do .25 MOA in a 10MPH crosswind, UPHILL!!". I have put many different kinds of ammo, from M855 to reloads. 55-70 grain bullets.(1:9 twist) It has dijested everything I fed it.

    20" HBAR AR-15 Varmint

This rifle is less than 1 year old with less than 500 rounds. It is in immaculate condition. It is equipped with a 2 stage trigger and Magpul grip with extended trigger guard. The scope is a Nikon Buckmaster 4.5-14x40 in TPS rings. I will also include the bipod and 1 30 round magazine. Rifle with scope and rings $1200OBO Rifle alone $950OBO

    UFC's Matt Hughes

As far as M Hughes is concerned, I have loved watching GSP destroy him twice. Hughes needed to be humbled in a big way. I think GSP has done that. but now I do really want to see Hughes and Serra go at it. Serra needs to be knocked off his high horse as well. I do believe the fight between him and GSP was a fluke. GSP will be thinking about that and adjust.... THAT"S WHAT HE DOES!! After GSP wins the title back, I want to see Hughes regain his winning nature by unleashing the gates of heck on Serra and shutting up that stupid NY/Long Island accent for awhile. As for the whole UFC vs Pride, nobody can touch Fedor..... Period!

    Best Choice for Varmint rifle

I use a 20" HBAR AR15 in 223. I have taken only rabbit with this rifle so far. We will see how it works this winter on other varmints.

    Bullet Question

ok I am not saying 125 grainers in an 06 are bad but here it goes. use the bullet weight that was designed for the gun a 30-06 was designed for 150-180 grain bullets and works good with 220's as well. you can get an 06 bullets down to a 55 grain I beleive. that doesnt mean they are best for the gun. just my opinion here but use the bullet weight that works best for the gun dont try to scale down the bullet to match the deer you are killing, its not necessary. I am not trying to start another caliber war here if you are using a 30-30 the by all means a 125ish gran bullet is great FOR THAT GUN. same goes with all calibers. if you want to shoot a smaller bullet change weapons. a few years ago I shot a javi at 40 yards with a 180 grain 06. It punched a hole in and had a 2 inch exit wound no meat damaged. same hunt a buddy shot one with his 06 from the same distance and ripped a big butt hole in and out ruined a lot of meat. he was using a 125 grain bullet. my bob cat was shot with a 180 grain at about 20 yards with very very little damage done to the pelt.

    Whats the Weirdest?

I wasnt hunting or scoting, but a little over 6 years ago, we were driving through Northern NM at about 2AM. There was a huge Meteor shower going on. We witnessed a Meteor come down vanish behind some Pine trees in the distance and hit the ground. The Meteor lit up the sky and sounded like a really loud sparkler. Then we saw sparks come up over the tops of the trees after it hit. I had some serious tunnel vision going on and thaught it was a dream until my buddy driving infront of me radioed and said "Did you F'ing see that?!!" pretty crazy.

    New .270

Cant speak for hunting so much, but The Winchester BTs are very accurate for a factory load. Also anything with a Nozler bullet in it is going to work very well. Perhaps not the most accurate(but still very respectable) and my personal favorite are the Hornady Light magnum line using their interbond or SST bullets. I would prefer a 140 grainer for the 270. It's the "middle weight" of the bunch. Not the heaviest, not the lightest. This practice seems to work fairly well in most calibers from my experience.
