Hey big B what kind of hunts do you have planned up north? Sounds like moose and bear? I'm going spring Bear hunting in May and Fall WT hunting in November. It's going to be Awesome!!! I just did my first full-sized whitetail hunt last fall in Nebraska. I loved it! Can't wait to go back. Nice to be able to shoot more than one too.

If it were any year other than this year, id go to kodiak with you. Ive been trying for years to get someone to go with me, but no one will ever commit.

I hear theres some pretty good 1-2 day hog hunts over there. That might not be a bad trip, send the wife to the spa for the day and go shoot a pig.

His company is the best one I have, and a good friend too. We've been talking about that hunt for about 5 years now, and since he retired this year and is getting up into his 60's, I figured better now than later.

Good idea. I think I'll try that the next time I forget my frys card.

I think you're sposed to log on to other types of sites for that with better pictures.

Yep & then another pulpit pounding, finger pointing speech, followed by 'executive action' that has no chance of actually sticking. Guess I'd better go dump some money into Ruger and Smith & Wesson, looks like those stocks are about to jump again...

Off by 2 inches and they still get paid?! That must be nice, most of the stuff I make I'd have to throw it away if I was off by .002". If they messed up your barrel and then just cut it short to cover their mistake, that goes beyond poor craftsmanship and is straight up unethical business practice. Id have bought a new barrel if it was my business, but I'm one of those weird people that cant make a customer pay for a mistake. -
That was pretty awesome. For the life of me I just can't understand what these idiot protesters think they're going to accomplish. Nothinv. Theyre just hoping theyll end up making a video that goes viral so they can get their 15.

Fun fact for you guys: in 2015 over 600000 people died in the US from heart disease, and another 500000 went from various forms of cancer. Another 38000 lost in car accidents, about 900 here in Az alone. Only about 14000 were killed by gun related incidents and 60% of those were suicides. Yet the one thing in this guys life he needs saving from is the gun hes holding. Makes sense to me.....

The lucas offroad races are going on out at firebird. Hard to beat $300k trucks flying through the air and sometimes rolling over when they land. Good times! -
Since he died after he came running into a call, id say he got that big by being some place where there was a ton of food, he didn't have to work that hard for it, and he probably hadnt had too many close calls with humans. he was fooled by a call and then shot for his mistake: therfore i say this is the baby hewey of lions, not the stephen hawkings of them. If he was the stephen hawkings of lions he wouldve spotted it as a fake call and rolled his little lion sized electric wheel chair the other way. Either way, hes a biggin! Impressive cat for sure.

Yeah, its a real leap of faith every time. My gut told me not to do it, but I did anyway.... and now no matter how many kate upton pics i google, i just cant unsee that.

I am going to guess he was a road hunter by all the extra weight he was carrying. He does kinda look like he wasnt the stealthiest guy in the woods. Im guessing sheep, range cattle, little kick-me-dogs and joggers.

If you're heading to Cabelas anyway, I think its worth another 15 minutes to drive out to Verado and have some of the woodfire pizza at Ciao Grazie. That's my wife & I's favorite 'date-night' venue, and Verado is a dang nice spot to go for a stroll, although with your wife being ready to pop & what not, maybe just go for a drive around the neighborhood. -
AMazing cat! WOW!

NIce! You be sure and break it to her gently that those are food, not pets.

I cant even imagine how pissed off utah hunters are. Sad part is the harder they make it for them to draw tags the more people enter the draws of surrounding states and mess it up for everyone else too. This kinda crap makes me think more and more every day about saying to hellwithit and buying myself a 100 acre farm some where in the midwest or the south and spending the rest of my days hunting whitetail and turkeys on my own land. I think the days of otc archery tags are numbered and we all know its not getting any easier to draw elk or antelope tags in this state.

I wont vote for a brokered candidate. Id rather see another 4 years of a dem bs artist than have a candidate shoved down my throat by the good ole boy politcal regime. If trump wins the primary and doesnt get the nod, I'll be taking a note from richard pryer and writing in 'none of the above'. If nothing else, his popularity should be a shot across the bow for the gop, letting them know people are tired of the same old crap.
