No body shaming Casey. You know better.I thought you guys had to do sensitivity training and crap like that? No body shaming here. I'd give that bull a run for his money. Notice, I didn't said "look how fat that bull is". Sensitivity training in action! Yeah I'm sporting more of a 'dad bod' than I should be these days.... sucks getting old. Awesome bull! I don't even have a tag and I'm getting all excited for the season. I have an 11 day archery deer hunt planned and can't wait to hear this bulls tuning up their pipes the whole time.

Does he have a kicker? Not seeing the 8th I have a couple different pics of him and I could swear I counted 8, but now I'm only seeing 7 too... I swear I know how to count (most of the time) #azpublicschools -

I'm glad I'm not alone in the crappy beard department. Every time I try it comes out looking like this

That would piss me off in a big way. Sounds like a board of jack wagons all need a beat down.

Nice bear. Congrats to her on a beautiful trophy! -
Awesome bull! Gotta feel nice having him home.

The more rules they pass the less people give a crap about their rules...

I've seen most waterhole action in he middle of the day. Unless you're actually watching that water hole around the clock you have no way of knowing what is hitting it. It may be part of their routine to hit it only every couple of days or not at all if there's something they don't like about that particular waterhole and there are other options.

Awesome pics! Be a great spot to just sit all day and watch the show.

A guy at work was showing me pics of him the other day from Facebook I think. Awesome buck. That circus following him is likely all that's keeping him alive.

no idea about the inches but if I caught him, I wouldn't throw him back.

Outstanding buck! Congrats.

Hunting with a 9mm carbine?
mattys281 replied to Rock30golf's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Deer aren't any tougher to kill than people are. I'm kinda thinking a couple million dead guys can't be wrong on this one. If it's what you want to hunt with, then go for it. Just know the range limitations of your entire system (you + the weapon) and you'll be fine. -
I got to about page 10 of the original thread last night while I was stuck in the shop working. It provided some entertainment. I'd forgotten all about that train wreck. Reviewing old threads like that is kinda like swinging by an old girlfriend's place to see if it still feels the same. It never does, but you go anyway and then feel a little dirty afterwards...

Awesome pics!

I think the real money is in motorcycling bears. Saw a big ole brown bear riding a moped around the ring at the Ukrainian national circus in Kiev about ten years ago. Impressive! That bear was a better motorist than most of the clowns playing bumper cars on our freeways everyday.

There was a case a few years ago where some little boy who was dying of leukemia went on a bear hunt with his dad through make a wish or some similar program. The hateful crap these people were spewing about him was unbelievable. Going on about how they're glad he's dead and hope he's roasting in heck, etc etc. It is absolutely amazing how sick and hateful these activists are. Activist is the wrong word all together. They use fear and intimidation to attempt to coerce people to their way of thinking. That's called terrorism. They don't even give a crap about the animals they just love the sense of power they get from being angry and trying to force people to change. If you stopped all hunting today, they would just change gears and adopt another 'cause' that allowed them to continue in their angry extremist behavior.

It was on Fox News too although now the Facebook excerpts are taken down

I think it's legit. Read it on outdoor hub this morning. Real sad seems like she had a lot of positives in her life, can't imagine someone letting social media eat at them that bad.

Great buck. You can really see the age on that old warrior.

I've done it in the last two homes I owned using pvc. My systems get heavy daily use and I've never had a pipe burst or even leak. My current system has been going for 3 years already. I do have a shutoff valve between the compressor and the air system and make it a point to close it off and bleed the air out whenever I'm done with it.

My tv is hooked up to our wireless network through the wifi blue ray player. All we watch is Netflix and YouTube. You can also surf the web thru it and watch other media, but the browser is a real pain so we don't do that. It also has the option for Hulu, amazon prime and a couple other streaming services, but in the past the content has not varied enough from Netflix to justify the extra subscription fee. I'll personally never pay another satellite or cable bill again. Haven't for about 4 or 5 years now and don't miss it at all, but I'm not real into sports so missing that stuff doesn't bother me.

Drew a rifle tag, first time in over 20years i put in for them... I have a spot I send folks for Rifle Coues I'll be using myself, it is an outcropping of stone with bench-like seating, cactus pole with burlap wired to it for cover and as a shooting rest, over watching an area where i bow hunt... (175-??? yds) Shooting off a back-pack is how i was trained and it works well... I'm just a plinker and seldom shoot past 200 yards but I like shooting off a back pack too, with a jacket rolled up on top of it. It doesn't seem any less stable than my bipod and I feel like I can get back on target faster without the bipod weight on the front end.
