I'm great only problem has ever been employees worth hiring. Let me ask you something nobull. If you were an employee that was used to making $12-14 an hour and I came along and offer you piecework where you could easily make a grand a week or more, and all you have to do is not take constant smoke breaks and actually work 7 hours a day, would you try to make more money? And yes I know you are self employed, but offering $1k a week in an area where dudes doing the same work make much less is a pretty good deal. For example, I paid $40 to swap out valve and toilet, same for a kitchen sink. If that's not enough incentive I don't know what is. I can do both of those tasks in less then a half hour ncluding walking the trash to the trailer, installing and cleaning up the mess.

Well gee wiz, Seems you brought my name up again so I in turn chose to be petty yet again. No never killed a muley, but never hunted one either. Never killed a bull either, only 3 lowly peasant cow elk with my lowly peasant over the counter tags. How many Oct elk you got? Oh none probably because your busy hunting private property. Wish I could kill big deer on private property and swing my dick around. Maybe if I had access to Priveliged acres ranch in Kansas I could kill a muley or an eastern. Anytime you want to learn how to hunt big coues on public land, id be happy to take you out.

He probably took you literally and thought you actually meant "tail cam" and not "trail cam". I assume he just didnt realize it was a typo and just thinks guides get a lot of a$$.

Good job dude, way to get momma and the kid out and get it done! Also, welcome to the forum. Stick around. -
You'll have to excuse him. Privilege doesn't mean intelligent.

Did you pick the shrooms yourself? Care to share?

Wow, as stated tough unit. Any solo elk hunt is not for the faint of heart (especially once you kill!) even on a cow hunt, so congrats on that as well. And another congrats on your first elk. That hind quarter does good justice to her size, no easy task by yourself.

Hopefully doing apps is gonna really be easier next time around. Long overdue. Hope this also gets us one step closer to family portals.

14,666 members as of right now. I hired dominion to run the poll and snuck in a few ballots in last night.

It shows more support for keeping cams in some form then banning them. Wouldn't that be a good thing? I got No problem removing it though.

Same here. Hopefully they go with a seadon which would be my choice, second would be the quarter mile. You might be right Delw, but i know if i made it a straight yes or no someone woulda said i shoulda had more options.

For the next go around. Baitboxes which hold rat traps and poison are a good thing. Learn how and where rats travel, they scurry and want to be undetected, find cover routes and intersections. Learn how to set traps. Rats are a bit smarter then mice, they will jump (hop) over traps if it's an unfamiliar road block. Setting 2 or three will help because they sometimes hop the first but will land in the second or third. Keep a big snap trap inside the bait box as well, a dead rat inside is a straight up invite to others, mmm you smell that?!? The baitboxes are also helpful in terms of baits, depending on the dog you may or may not have. The chemical I am most familiar with is bromadiolone, contrac was my rodenticide of choice. Keep in mind secondary poisoning, the smaller the dog the more cautious i would be. At my house i have no problem running a contrac box outside of the dog fence and I have small dogs. Remember the idea is greedy little rodents will fill up on a free meal, even my tiny little Boston terriers can't fill up on dead poisoned rats enough to make it kill them.
