Always wanted to experience food in this area. Went on a hitchhiking trip back in the day and ended up in New Orleans. First dude to pick me on my way back to AZ showed me the real southern hospitality. Took me to his mom's house, fed me a sausage, tater and string beans dinner their style. A cherished memory I will never forget.

Didn't draw youth cow for the first time this year. Probably gonna switch gears this year and put the kids in for the local youth hunt. If my kids loved chasing horns maybe it would be a different story. Good question though. Lots of new changes this year and probably the next few so we just might have to start looking at the draw with a little different perspective.
