You can build 2 of these sets for btx money. And you can get the 1.6 magnifier and turn these into 49X at the drop of a hat. Where u located? Gonna let a buddy know

Man being a 90% archery guy and a drywall contractor for years in the past my shoulders are already toast. I hate the thought of giving up on archery altogether and having to gun hunt and have reduced potential at trophy animals, as if giving up on bowhunting wasn't insulting enough already. I definitely understand why guys get pissed if they see it abused but I do believe it's there for a reason. I think a fair solution would be to make it mandatory to get the approval by a doctor that game and fish authorizes in each major city. And of course you must provide any documentation and records from pcp. This would at least help eliminate the buddy doctor hookup. But to take archery away from die hard archery guys... Fuk that!

I've learned the hard way a few times myself throughout my life. It's cool they gave you a warning and didn't throw the book at you. I wouldn't post a pic of it in your case but was it a good buck? Hopefully you can get it back when they do the next auction.

That's funny. I look back at myself and laugh cuz when I started you could still kill a doe and I couldn't even get that done (archery). When I killed my first big buck (before glassing) I'd never even laid eyes on one that big and I just couldn't believe it happened. I knew they existed, never expected to see or kill a really good one.

SV been getting it good. I'm still in disbelief to some extent such a crazy monsoon. To all the deer hunters this year best advice is get high so you can glass downward. Deer are gonna be harder to glass without elevation this year.

I've always dreamed of living someplace where I could hunt off my porch but even if I could it just wouldn't feel right. Unless it's a state you could kill more then one deer. In that situation I'd kill does all day.

A couple buddies were talking about hitting NY and my uncle has got some land in PA near the New York border in hoping to hunt there too someday. My uncle I think is where I got the hunting gene from since I look lot like him. I've always wanted to hunt with him since I got into it but never got into it until moving here.

So what part of Iowa you going to? A nice big Iowa eastern is on Kevs bucket list.
