So it looks like we've decided on sticking local to RP. Lobos will be put off til a future trip. Going to follow advice of biglakejake and couesepursuit from another thread. We're gonna target the triggers and bass to the southwest of competition hill. What type of rigs and hook size should we use? I was thinking a number 6 baitholder with a castabubble set up like a Carolina rig. Any suggestions are welcome. I'd also like any advice on flounder rigs and where to target them from shore.

So what's the point of buying them? What do you do afterwards with them? Just keep them to stare at or try and find places to sell them to that make stuff out of them? Just wondering.

Looks like all the rp threads say March and April are the best. Is the fishing still good early may? Would we be better off on a day trip in lobos? If I could catch triggers all day I'd be happy. If I could catch yellowtail or grouper I'd be even happier.

Where'd you go? How much meat is on a cow vs a bull? I'd love to kill a buffalo.

You could do a hand full of kits for less then that. Palmetto state has cheap builds and you could upgrade some of the parts.

You might be able to remove the glass and take it to a shop. Post a pic of the front side, one of us might be able to walk u through it.

So we're good on trout now. Tell me all about your favorite crappie lures, tackle, time of year etc. Saw guys at Pattagonia this week catching fish nonstop while I was trying to catch bluegill for flathead for the evening. Gonna take the fam Sunday and give it a whirl. Also, how would you compare them to bluegill or trout as far as table fare. Why is it they have no bag limit?

Putting feelers out for a used heavy-duty sprayer. Something similar to a graco mark 4 or 5. 5900, 7900 etc. Basically something that can run a lot of paint through it and also spray roof coatings. If it can handle texture that would be a plus. Thanks

I was thinking dudes with cattle bumpers and also of deer. Plenty would run down a deer if they had a chance. I was also refering to elk on roads not in fields.

if someone wants to destroy their truck to get an elk have at it. Doesn't take much to prove your vehicle hit an elk or not. Agree 100% but you know some moron would do it.
