Ran into the safety guy for Rumco, said they been working at the Patagonia mine for awhile. Been lots of work trucks with whips and campers at the campground right next to the school right there in town. I believe the mine is just south of town but not sure.

So how's the rim weather turning out for the 23 youth hunt. Should I bring some scuba gear? We ar are leaving Monday to have a super duper plan by the time Friday shows up.

Agreed. Less concerned about the hunt as I am the being in the camper with my wife, 5 kids, 2 dogs and Mom in the midst of crappy weather. The new puppy likes trying to walk across our heads in the middle of the night dragging his little puppy dick on our faces, I just don't think I could bare that if he had muddy feet on top of it all. Could cause a guy to go full on murder suicide.

Forecast looks way better today then it did yesterday. Was planning on seeking you out at camp.

Some areas are just to thick to glass or get a good vantage point. Set up a mineral lick preferably a shady bedding area, keep up with the site every year then hunt it archery in the summer hunt and during the rut. Your bucks will show up.

I would say this site encourages women, the days of leaving wives and daughter's home to tend the house while the men and sons go out to hunt are quickly becoming a thing of the past. I'm very fortunate to have a wife that loves the outdoors and will be also spending time with my oldest daughter who has a deer tag in two weeks. If your a woman that's on facebook you should be used to internet caddiness. We probably all assumed you were a dude, if these guys knew you were a woman they probably would have been more polite. It just seemed odd someone asking about scat, that also didn't know what elk scat looked like joining a hunting forum.

Tombstone has jack shi... food wise imo. Your dang close to Bisbee and Sierra vista. You looking for something kinda quiet, fancy or romantic? Or just plain old good food? There's a nice fancy place in Bisbee and they also got jimmies hot dog place which is dang good (get the Italian with au jeus on the side). Benson has a killer hot dog place too. SV has a lot of different t options but my favorite steakhouse is the steak house in Sonoita. Steaks grilled over mesquite.
