I could have misread it long ago. I got a draw lock for my kids, as I understand it you can go backwards in technology. For example if you have a rifle tag you can still use a bow, crossbow, draw lock, or a muzzleloader. I was under the impression that the only time a draw lock would be illegal would be during archery season, unless you have the permit.

Unless you have a crossbow permit. Or use it during a rifle hunt. Only illegal during a archery hunt without the permit.

Then you would probably have to trim the flange down. In your situation I wouldn't do the flush fin flange style. Your options now include stucco work.

I get yotebusters first comment about Mexico. "Be careful in Mexico". Not saying every one down there is bad but you can definately have a bad experience. If going to Mexico it is definately something you want to research and talk to other people that have gone to the place your thinking about. As a contractor this is a big blanket statement, you should be able to have windows installed for roughly 300-500 per window depending on the window. And that is installed by the contractor. If it's more than $500 per window pm men you are getting ripped off. My average per was 300-350.
