By the way that year I mailed it from Sierra Vista I believe on a Wednesday evening although I could be completely wrong and it was Thursday evening but my daughter did end up drawing the tag

I was worried about this at one point and I actually called The Game and Fish office she said if my application actually got there on a Friday they wouldn't throw it out and it would still be there with everybody else's.

I've seen great glassing spots from the new Mexico side which put this question in my mind, also the san pedro which is separated between 30b and 35a. I think at this point the only time you wouldn't want to chance it is if your glassing from a rez. I dont think that's a chance any of us should take.

Those are some amazing bucks, especially for the early hunt.

Camp is far for the east side tagholders. They often leave early and stay out all day and just pack sandwiches for lunch instead of heading back to camp. They killed a bunch of bucks this year. I'm sure some were on the east side.

Still a great buck though congrats! Looks like hes got some good mass. Not always fun resorting to plan d but at least you got it done.
