Yeah I thought I might have seen a muley rump up top by the prickly pears. And maybe the body of a deer roughly center about 20 yards left of the suguaro.

I got one but never actually tried it. I've been tempted when I've found some bit always preferred a stalk. When you've done it did you blind call or see elk?

You could try and use a calf in distress call. You may be able to get some cows come running in to save what they think is a youngin in trouble.

I'm with the is open for interpretation crowd. That wording to me is still ambiguous in my opinion I'm not saying I'm right I'm just saying anyway if the animal is killed in the correct unit that's my definition of take. This thread is heading for the scrap pile.
