I could see limiting waterholes that are few and far between but what about flowing creeks, rivers, ponds lakes etc? Not sure I like the idea of not being allowed to sit a waterhole but on mule deer units I could see them getting hammered.

I know sometimes when you buy something online they have that little checkbox is it okay if we share your information or blah blah blah and a lot of times they have it checked and you have to uncheck it in order to not receive the solicitations.
