Vortex's Lifetime Transferable Warranty Is The Real Deal...

For what you can get vulture and viper 15s for used and send them in to be fixed for free they definately have their place. -
Sorry it took so long man. So i use the triclawps on the front as you can see. Then on the back end i use a primos trigger stick, ill take a beannie inside a beanie or whatever we have on hand and put it in the cradle of the trigger stick and use the cord to hold it in place, the thicker the better which allows you to get a real good cheek weld. Its gotta be the trigger stick though, it allows you to instantly adjust the back end just by squeezing it. Rock solid set up, takes some getting used to but works great if laying prone isnt an option.

Awesome find! I thought it just needs to be void of flesh to be considered a pick up. Not sure if legality changes if you try to sell it. Although if I was lucky enough to find that, no way i would wanna sell it. That's a wall ornament!

I did research on here when I changed broadheads. Slick trick comes highly recommended. I'm running the magnums. G5 did too but like I said, you have to verify that they are sharp.

Not real familiar with this company. I like that they offer bundle packages to save some money. Do they do a once a year blowout sale like badlands does?

I've seen many videos of people sharpening there g5 montecs because they don't come very sharp. Did he verify each one was razor sharp? If not the blades will go through but I think the hide will stretch a bit instead of actually cutting a hole. Think forcing your finger through one of those kids stetchy toys and when you pull it back out the hole closes up.

You get to use this thing anymore? Just saw they are making a newer version with a small screen on it. https://www.camofire.com/index.php/Deals/43

Not trying to change the world over here. Just sharing something interesting. I couldnt see this anywhere but backpack hunts for muley or larger sized game. Seems like it could be a sweet spot for elk though.

My MR terraframe also came in. Crazy this packnis just five pounds. Like you said, feels like nothing compared to the Cadillac Deville i was carrying around. Next light purchase is gonna be a tripod upgrade.

Dude, just stop. -
Make sure he does the online hunter safety course and have a printed out certificate. My youngest boy just turned 10 this year as well, just finished the course and was worried about the field day. Thanks to these guys here I found out it was waived this year but keep the cert on you. I'll post a pic of our rifle set up later. Short version, triclawps with a primo trigger stick bipod on the butstock. Almost as stable as shooting prone
