I got a jerky gun, got No problem with that method. If i recall correctly the grind recipes require double the seasoning.

Thanks again Steve. Spent the day in the garage cleaning and deboning. I promised this whole deer to go to jerky. Got 3 freezer bags of whole muscle chunk ready to go and 2 full bags of grind. One whole little buck stuffed in to 5 gallon freezer bags.

Only the buddy heaters are safe. For insurance i always bring a battery powered carbon monoxide sensor. Not sure what your budget is but a cot will keep you off the ground, camofire has sleeping pads for sale prerty often

Finally cashed in one of my dad day tickets. Hid it under a dollar bill and shook it through auggies door, he saw money and jumped for it. He was like whats this? Yup I see Duwane, Nick and John with 2 guys (I assume the hunter and his friend) in that pic. And yes when one tags they help the others glass for the remaining clients. And all without setting cameras or blocking roads.
