Just wondering if anyone has a 6.5 Creedmor they want to get rid of? My nephew is graduating High School in May and was thinking about getting him a 6.5 Creedmor for his graduation present.I spoke with his parents and they will go in on the rifle with me. He is a good kid and I have taken him and his sister out hunting many times. He mentioned a few weeks ago he wanted to buy a rifle and was wondering what caliber to buy, so I thought we could get him the rifle and he could save his money to buy the glass for it.That way he has some skin the game. Funny thing is after researching this gun for my nephew, I ordered one for myself, just couldn't resist. Just got the notice today they have been shipped. I am going to get the Little Bastard break and drop a Timney trigger in it once I get my hands on it. Got a vortex scope sitting in the safe to top it off. I think this is going to make a sweet rifle for the wife (and me lol).

Once you have the basecamp software loaded you can upload/download way points and routes from any Garmin unit. The software will allow you to download your way points from your existing unit and upload to a new one, if that be the case. I have 3 different Rino's and can transfer way points to any one of units using the software. Hope this helps and good luck with getting yours up and working again.

I was wondering if any of you guys know if you own land in New Mexico, does that qualify you for residency?

I finally found something that talks about residency for hunting license..see below. New Mexico Residency Requirements To qualify for New Mexico resident fees, an individual must meet one of the following criteria. 1. A United States citizen who has resided in New Mexico for a period of not less than 90 days immediately preceding the date of application for a license and who does not claim residency elsewhere for any purpose. Temporary or seasonal residents, who maintain a primary residence outside of New Mexico, do not qualify for resident licenses.

Me too...saw one of the refurb water tanks AES did up in 23 this weekend while deer hunting. They did a nice job...saw a couple others that are in need of some TLC too.
