Any chance you want to part with your GoPro remote separately? If so, how much?

Looks great! If you haven't checked out Hank Shaw's website on wild game cooking....he has a great dove enchilada recipe. It's simple and turned out really good when I made it a few weeks ago. http://honest-food.net/2016/09/06/dove-enchiladas-recipe/

Similar situation happened up in Unit 8 last weekend. I was scouting Friday, Sat and Sunday up in 8. Ended up chatting with a game warden for about 15 min off of FR105. He gave me some pointers on areas where to start. At the end of the conversation, he told me to keep an eye out for a grey Nissan Frontier. Apparently, the two guys driving the Nissan shot a mule deer out of season. They had a WT tag and informed some other hunters about the deer thinking it was a WT. Yikes.... So, I scouted a bit more, then parked and ended up eating some lunch off of FR354. As soon as I finish lunch and was about to head out, here comes a grey Frontier. Ended up calling it in and a warden ended up nabbing them an hour later. No one should ever be shooting at anything they can't identify properly....

I was referred to Jim Rogers 602-740-7030. He ended up detailing my FJ Cruiser before I sold it. Excellent job, very professional.. Top notch service. Came to the house and detailed my truck in my driveway. It was my hunting truck and had a ton of AZ pinstriping on it. After a few hours on the job, it looked new.

This. Also maybe grill up (or sous vide) some chicken breast, refrigerate and put it in a cooler when you're ready to head out. Then chunk it up and throw it in some ramen that was heated up on a camp stove. Dried soup and noodles work great for me. Lightweight, easy to pack and has some carbs if you're doing some longer hikes. Breakfasts are usually a clif bar, banana and coffee. Lunches are pre-made sandwiches (pulled pork or chicken)

I ended up ordering the Vortex Glasspak yesterday. I didn't see too many reviews on it, but figured it's probably better than my cheapie $20 Nikon harness that always bounces up and just about cracks a tooth out. I plan on testing out the Glasspak on a hunt helping a buddy out in 19A next weekend. Then my mule deer hunt up in 8 at the end of the month. I'll report back.

I bought everything from Amazon. Suction cup mount with X-grip for my phone and a cradle I can switch out for my 60 CSX. I imagine this one would work well for a utv http://www.rammount.com/part/RAM-B-149ZU

Have you looked into Ram Mounts? I used them in my FJ, now in my 4Runner. also have 2 on my bass boat for my graphs. I imagine they would work pretty well in a utv/atv. http://www.rammount.com/activity/atv-mounts

+1 on the ground jerky. Used this method with some ground caribou a buddy gave me. Best jerky I've ever had. I still have a few pounds of ground venison from MN in the freezer and am tempted to turn it into jerky. We made some chili with a pound of ground venison it a few weeks ago, turned out very very good.

Got a late start this morning. Arrived at a familiar spot around 7.45 AM. Immediately started to hear birds, busted a covey about 100 yards from the truck, so was off to a nice start with 2 birds. Chased that covey for a bit and they ended up pulling the ole Houdini and disappeared. Hiked for another mile and a half, found another covey. Split that up and picked off a single. That was it for the day. Left around 11 AM with only 3 birds. On the way back to the truck, decided to walk a wash where I've had luck before. About 50 yards from the truck, ran across this interesting hole in the middle of the desert....I've hunted here a bunch, haven't seen it in the past.

Thanks. Yeah, was getting warm out by 11. Ended up finding a 2 yr old female red tick that needed a home. She's a great dog.

Might be a little late. But, if you guys are still around tomorrow...try and hike in between 2nd and 3rd Crossing north of Water Wheel. Some small black and yellow Panther Martins or light bobber and night crawler will put you on trout in any eddy on the Verde right there.

Everything is included in the pic, glass is excellent and also covered by Leupold's guarantee. Located in North Phoenix (Shea and 36th St), work in Tempe (Mill and Rio Salado). It's not in Peoria, but if you don't mind making a drive....I used Wright Armory to thread a fixed full choke barrel for my Browning B2000 (in my avatar pic). Did a great job and priced right. I-10 and Elliott right by Ikea.

I was hanging out at Sportsman's up in Strawberry a few years back with some buddies eating lunch after fishing Long Lake. Those beetles were all over the place. Those orange beetles almost look like milkweed bugs.

Have you checked YouTube? It really helped me when I inherited my father's Browning B2000 Autoloader. Also helped me with many other projects (dishwashers, icemakers, auto repair on FJ Cruiser). As far as cleaning, I'm a fan of CLP. (5 minutes in)

Brand name https://www.amazon.com/SmartWool/b?ie=UTF8&node=2600777011

I have a few pair of Smartwool Light Hikers and they work great. Had them for years. Then, 2 years I had seen that Costco has their own version. Bought a 4 pack which was the same price as one pair of Smartwools. Hard to tell the difference between the Smartwool and Costco versions. Went back to Costco last fall to buy a 2 more packs and they no longer carried them. Hopefully they will this year...but yes, merino wool all the way with poly liners and you should be blister-free.

I've had some pretty good days in the dead of summer running the shoreline (Acacia Picnic) from the concrete dock all the way down to the bridge leading into First Water cove. Throwing LC Pointers in Crack and Chartreuse Shad, dropshotting Robos and crankbaits in craw colors. Some pretty good structure there, so jigs with craw trailers would be a good bet. Also across the lake from the big cove down till your across the Sheriff's dock has a ton of boulders. Great place to throw jigs. Summer time though...I'm usually throwing reaction (wiggle warts/Yo Zuri Hardcores), swim jigs, dropshot and switch to some topwater (Ricos and whopper ploppers) when the sun is going down.
