Going back up to Sevenmile Wash area this weekend, up near Griffin Ranch. Not terribly familiar with the area. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions for that area?

Well, I abandoned 24a this week and have been up in 2c. Saw a nice big mule buck this morning, but couldn't get closer than about 100 yards. Saw 2 other small bucks (one a little unicorn spike). Will try and find the big buck again tomorrow morning. Looks like the rut is on up here.

What peak was this on? It doesn't look fun at all. Amazing what a week can do. I was up in that area the past 3 weekends and it was almost beatiful!

Yeah, that's a nice one. I know there are good bucks in that unit, I've seen the pictures. Just not good enough to have found them myself........yet.

The date on your cam is obviously incorrect. Was this picture just taken in the past day or two?

Haven't had any luck glassing anything this morning just west of Griffin Ranch. Typical with quite a few vehicles on the roads.

That sounds a bit concerning.
