Found the owner.

Looks like I found the owner. I figured this would be as close as it comes to a trail camera lost and found, so I'm glad it worked out. Sorry to everyone else who had cameras disappear in 8.

Oh of course not. And frankly, I don't really care. I just threw that part in for fun. Figure I can't catch him but I can pretend like he's able to feel some degree of shame.

I am posting this in a few sections on purpose hoping the right person actually will see it. A few weeks back my dad was in Unit 8 down by Drake and offered to pick up a few cameras I had scattered throughout the unit, so I told him about where I had them and said thanks. Well, I just got around to picking them up from his house and one of them is not mine. He didn't know which specific cameras I had up there and just found one where I told him he'd find one, so it was an honest mistake. We aren't the type of people who mess with others' belongings or baby guard hunting spots by resorting to theft, so if you think the camera might be yours or know who it belongs to, let me know what kind of camera it is and roughly where you had it and I'll make sure you get it back. If you happen to also be the same person who has been messing with mine and taking SD cards, I'm looking forward to meeting up to return your camera.
