Is the beeline still down to one lane for roadwork a little south of the 188? I believe it is but I'm not sure. If it is I would DEFINITELY be taking the Salt River Canyon route (which I love anyway). It could add another hour or more to the drive if it is one lane there.

I have for sale a Redfield Rampage 20-60x60 Spotting Scope. This has been used exactly one time at the range, all the rest of the time it has been cased. Has never seen the field. No signs of use and the optics are perfect. Includes protective soft case, carrying case, eyepiece cover, lens cover, retractable sun shade and a small tripod. See photos for details. $150. I have the .300 RUM & 6.8 SPC just because I shoot them. Cool, I live in Chandler too so it should be easy if you'd like to meet us sometime. I can bring a couple different loads of each, you can have what you'd like. Would be fun to contribute to the collection. that would be great. I'm leaving Friday for a week's vacation to go fling some arrows and lose some lures. Maybe we can catch up sometime after that. I'm around Rural and Chandler Boulevard. I was an early fan of Vortex, and I still love their binos. But IMO their riflescopes have become overpriced pretty much across the line. I think there are better options in your price range...my preferences would be something from Leupold or Nikon but I'm sure there are other good options as well.
