Sako or Tikka I have both and they both shoot sub moa, Tikka edges out my sako but cartridge may have something to do with it. My Rem 700 is sub moa also. Only changes I have made to all these guns was adjust trigger to lighten it. Accuracy seems to come with proper ammunition that matches your gun.

Best Frame Pack For A Backpack Mule deer hunt
Tac replied to Coues Archer's topic in Mule Deer Hunting
No one has said outdoorsman pack. I have one and like it. But I have not used others. -
The use steeper motors for those gauges they are inexpensive and there are lots of people who fix them. As for the reduced power problems the othe guy is having we had one traced down to wiring or throttle control and customer sold truck. That was a common problem on those trucks

In case you haven't noticed Edge they keep closing roads and areas and I,m not happy about it. Next the will say no hunting in wilderness areas. Then we will all lose just like in federal parks. I usually hike into the wilderness areas for the same reasons you do to get away from people.

I see horse crap all over the wilderness as well I guess to each his own.I would really like to do it on my motorcycle. Dick move right there. Sorry you got upset. I just would love to be able to explore these areas the way I want, just like you do. Your mode of transportation is a horse my way involves tires. I live in a equestrian area and get tired of horses constantly leaving a pile at the end of my driveway and the owners just leave it. We each have our own way of enjoying the outdoors.

Weekend warrior 28 ft triple axle makes for long hikes early but warm, dry, and has a shower. -
So what you are saying is i can go to walmart and pick up a 3 power pair of cheaters from the checkout isle and increase my scope power from 5-25 to 5-75.

the problem is the lawyer who took the case and convinced the grieving family this could have been avoided. In reality they should say my adult son made a bad decision and his consequences for his actions cost him his life and we miss him. I hope that if there are other people who have ptsd they will seek treatment and not end up as our son has.

looks like a lawyer trying to make a buck to me. I hope it goes to trial and they are awarded a bill for state of Az attorneys fees.

I have the same gun and needed a 20 Moa rail on it and I had a pst 6-24 and just put a Burris 5-25 the 34mm tube on the Burris seems to have better view than pst. My tikka ctr is the most accurate out of the box with all ammo I have tried, I love it.

It makes too much sense. What would we do without the 10% criminal and drug addicts. The political world would change due to not enough people sponging off the system.

dont know anything about the deer up there but I was up there for a turkey hunt. All I can say about travel in the unit is make sure your tires are in top notch shape, make sure you take a few extra meals in your vehicle if it rains you may be stuck where you are for a while. I did see a few deer in the southern end of the unit near mount trumble but not huge. Maybe you should be looking for a job with these guides--camp cook or go for and work your way into some information.
