there are some nice deer in that area enjoy the time it will be worth it

Population of people moving here would probably have more to do with it than anything. When I was a kid here in Az my father and his friends tagged out opening morning most years in A area I haven’t seen a deer in years due to so many people using it for recreational purposes.

I like zamberlan you can try them on at REI. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. When most guys are tearing off their boots at the end of the day I still like the way mine feel.

I feel for you on the non lead bullet development. I spent a few months trying to develope a good shooting non lead bullet for a rifle i have and they just never performed to my expectations. I,m sure that with a barrel change they would improve but the gun shoots the other stuff really well. If i have to go to non lead in that gun I will try again but after a rebarrel.

They were pretty popular cars. Not much power but popular with people who wanted a car that looked sporty. The 289 only had 210 HP which was way out classed by cars like the Chevelle, GTO, 442 etc. Hi Performance parts like intake manifolds, headers cams were more expensive than ones for say small block Chevys that came from the factory with up to 165 more HP. "Back in the day" you needed to put close to $1000 into the engine alone just to match what the other manufacturers were selling off the showroom floor. You are right in that assesment of back in the day but the mustang still managed to outsell the others by a large margin. Go figure enough power and sporty looks are what the majority usually buy.

check out darn tough they offer alot of options for style and thickness.

I wear darn tough wool sock year around. Bridgedale sock liners as soon as my hunting boots go on and they are the most comfortable shoes and sock set up i own. I dont like synthetics due to odor but like all the other qualities. When I hunt I wear kuiu merino wool it seems to work well in all situations for me.

I bought a few 2 for my 22's and one for my 338 lapua it is a harvestor big bore the other is a hybrid and i do not wear ear pro with any of them and recoil is near non existant as well on all my rifles. The best shooting accessory I have ever purchased! and in addition my rifles are more accurate.

I had two customers with the same trucks both were eco boost ford f-150 2012 they were the same color and both fx2 2wd, same rear diff gears.one had 33 toyos and the other was stock tires and wheels. the one with 33 toyos got 12.5 mpg and the stock one got 19 mpg. They were both 6r80 transmissions and performed well one just couldnt pass the gas station. the big tires made it like it was towing all the time.

4 speed trans will always be inbetween gears. oversize tires and they are probably twice the weight of the factory tires and wheels adding to rotating mass. If the transmission overheated it is being overworked due to load from tires size and weight. I was a transmission guy at the dealer when that truck came out and I had to warranty those transmissions after they were burned up due to this story. When you add tires that large it is like taking a cheater bar on the end of the ratchet to increase the torque to loosen the fastener. they are working your transmission against engine and its going to lose.

Garage doors insulated / non insulated? Gauge ? Etc .
Tac replied to Eagle mountain ranch's topic in The Campfire
Insulated is the only way. Now if I can keep from driving a hot car into the garage it would be awesome. -
At least at Rio Salado and Ben Avery you have a range officer trying to save you from the guy who is dangerous. Range Rules help /try to keep all safe and still let us enjoys our right to keep and bear arms.

I dont use it. I carry stuff to remove and repair a tire if necessary and i run beadlocks

Anyone hunting in Arizona with a suppressor or other states
Tac replied to n2horns's topic in The Campfire
We live in a very loud world and it is slowly eating at our ears. Loud noises cause further deterioration to our ears. I have used air tools and been in a loud enviroment most of my life now. I,m hoping using and shooting suppressed weapons will prevent further damage. I actuallly have started to look for quieter tools to use at my job. It will be awesome the day they let everyone have these devices without background check. I would still go through the paper work and get it asap it makes it more enjoyable. My son used to shoot the 6.5 creedmoor 3-4 shot before suppressed and started shooting 40-50 shots when suppressed when practicing for his hunt this year. My son and I both shot animals with suppressor this year and it was nice. -
I believe in a trust all trustees can have use of the silencer, individual is just the one who it is registered to.
-
I have them as well. Took about 10 months last year. Shooting has become much more enjoyable with them. And I enjoyed it before.

I use seperator sheets from Lem. Always paper wrap it also adds a insulation and seems to work great.
