Casey is correct it's an express magnum so it takes the 3" The leupold scope has the friction. No arc features on the range finder. -
My son asked me the other day when he gets to start hunting. I told him when he's old enough to do his own laundry... http://s99.photobucket.com/albums/l302/scoutm5909/?action=view¤t=video-2012-07-26-07-20-02.mp4 You think GF will overlook the age thing? .

I was told there was a change from L to S I will do all I can do to avoid looking through a pair of 12x50 ELs as I don't need that kind of bill.
-
Nut - no worries he only knows a few words and none of them could get you in trouble. SunDevil - I was thinking the same thing but he's too short to dump it in the trash RR - gave up on white undies along time ago so I didn't have to sort anymore.

Thats awsome..... Just checked my Rino 110 and it does infact have a feature for best times to hunt and fish! It does not suprise me that the first two hours and the last two hours of day light are the best. don't dismiss it when it says the best time is mid afternoon

I bet the new EL 12X would fit perfect in this case...just in case you needed another reason to buy the ELs.

This thread brings to mind the old adage "a watched pot never boils"

That was a crazy awesome story of survival...That is one of my top five reads of all time.

http://rainlog.org/usprn/html/main/maps.jsp I've found this site to be really good. have totals for month, day or date range displayed. Looks like the boarder units are doing great.

Ptarmigan in Colorado

Great Picture!! Always enjoy seeing them. -
Given that this year and for as I can rembember out of state hunters have won the vast majority of these tags so it is statically improbable that they only make of half of the pool. Its more likely that they make up 50% of the individuals buying tickets but make up 90% of the tickets purchased..

Obamacare Upheld.....thoughts??

As a small business owner with over 50 Employee's I've done the math. The fines/penalties/Taxes that will be levied aganinst me for no longer offering health benefits (which I currently do offer) will be far less than then premiums I currently pay. Only a 1/3rd the cost of the healthcare premiums I currently pay. This of course was intential to create the incentive for employeers to dump their benefits so even more people will become dependent on the government cementing the nanny state mentality. -
FINALLY! Hows that for a tournament win? He's in Mexico so I'm sure you will all hear from him when he returns. Fun series to watch. Congrats to the Cats.

I've always found good service at the fish cleaning station near the Big Lake store. Get too far from it and i've had issues.
-
Looks like you caught some great fish. I was surprised to see the drift boat - don't think I've ever seen on in AZ - took me back home for a minute.

NOW I KNOW HOW YOU ARE! YOU SCUM DEVIL! Geez you live in TUCSON! And almost all your clients are from Tucson! Serves you right! LOL You've got the wrong guy...the guy in the pic is not SunDevil...it's SunDevil's daughter and dog though. The trainer should never be confused with SunDevil as there have been pictures of him wearing a UofA Hat. http://www.crawfordguideservice.com/whitetail.html Third picture down.

Book Recommendations for Kids

+1....I read it again about six months ago. Should be manditory reading for all kids. -
The back bowls is the stretch of water along the far bank above texas hole. Nice to hear they are working on some imporvements. The last time I was there was after a number of the side canyons blew out and really silted up the river. Traditional hot spots weren't very good and the hatches had really been negatively impacted.
-
Looks like a great trip. I recognize a number of places in your pictures. By any chance did you spend any time fishing the back bowls? I really like the water back there...don't much care for the slick rocks but the fishing can be great and not as much pressure as other areas.

Has anyone else seen that in Google Earth you can no longer see any detail. The images are all washed out. Are they trying to make it fee based or something? Any ideas?
-
I assume everyone is finding out over the phone because I'm still not able to get to the website. Pretty weak that their site can't handle this kind of traffic.

Great pics Doug. The Fire Ruin is so cool. Never seen anything like that before.
