So first off, I do enjoy watching YouTube personalities hunt all over the US. I dont enjoy the fact that AZ spends money on said personalities. Randy in particular is very upfront in most his shows and tells you how he got said tag and so forth, which is why I like him, genuine. But you can't blame these guys for trying to make a buck doing something they enjoy. I would guess most people on this forum would gladly get paid to hunt different parts of the country. With that all said, AZGFD is nuts to ask me to donate money to them so they can line someone else's pockets.

This is why I'm against most tax hike for education. Im all for helping teachers and students, but from those I associate with that are in education most of it doesn't go to where it is needed. Prop 123 fooled a lot of people because "it was for the children." -

We were leaving tomorrow for Alpine, but are gonna have to rethink our plans if it does close. -
Between Douglas and Bisbee. Sierra Vista got rained on a bit too yesterday.

I walked into an Ace once after the Trump election because they were flying it upside down. I gave the manager an ear full and they went out and fixed it. I hate that crap. We fly ours everyday.

I got drenched yesterday while riding my pony. Its been a long time.

I cant believe this is still around.

Classic treasure hunting right there.

I've had Ready Wise, MH and Peak refuel. Ready wise is ok. Peak refuel has more calories, less sodium and more protein than MH. But MH does taste the best IMHO.

My grandfather never talked about the war. But I once did a school report on him. He didn't reach Normandy until D-Day+19 bc of the weather, but was part of everything after that including the Battle of the Bulge. In his words "I would never do it again for a million dollars, but I would never sell my experiences. And son, don't ever ask me about it again". Greatest Generation.

Just curious how many of you guys buy raffles from other states? Just looking over the past Arizona raffle winners from month to month and noticed that the large majority aren't from Arizona.

Thanks Shockwave Pest Control. They sent over 2 outstanding professionals and took care of my place this morning. Had the centipedes dying before they even left. -
#Prayforrain... write it in the dust on the back of your vehicles.

I'm in skeleton canyon regularly. I've never seen a headstone of any kind in there. A few years back the forest service rebladed the road a good ways back in there. When a good monsoon rolls through, the wash tends to change thing up. The road is extremely bad again. Horse access is the best way through there now days.

Interesting. I always thought he died in Hunt Canyon SW of the Chiricahuas. Thats where the head stone is now. Even the old topo maps have the sight in Hunt Canyon marked as "grave."
-
Most my finds are in the Chiricahuas and Peloncillos. Tons of history with the Apache Wars.

I like gun going to gun shows. But like Toby said, the prices are more than I'm interested in lately. You used to be able to go and maybe find a deal. Harder and harder these days. They're still fun to go to.

Here are a couple of my finds. I cant seem to find my other pics.

I love this stuff. Way cool!

Sounds like you're hired as the cook on my next hunt.

I added the pinky extender. It doesn't make that much of a difference imo.
